It is either a gift or a curse
But a choice that everyone holds

And maybe time will heal the times
When you felt that your life
Wasn't worth your time
But, maybe life isn't a curse
Maybe it's a gift not so close
To being what you hoped for
But in the end it will work
Because there's a thing called love
That cures the feeling of being lost

How you want it to be?
Or are you deceived,
By what you want to be?
Too many stars,
Too many dreams
Too many scars,
Too many screams
The stars gleam,
As our scars ream
Life isn't fair
Life is despair
But it's very rare
To breathe the same air
That's why 𝐿𝒾𝒻𝑒 is more 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘶𝘭,
Knowing we've taken a loan on 𝒹𝑒𝒶𝓉𝒽
Even 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 is treasured more,
When there's 𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴
So you live to 𝙙𝙞𝙚
And you die to 𝓁𝒾𝓋𝑒

Soo this poem is inspired by the one and only RM and his mixtape... Some lines and the interlude are taken from his song Life, as that's what this theme is about and I thought it would be cool if I used one of his lyrics and combine them with mine... I struggled a little on this one because I'm not really good with rhyming so maybe it's a bit weird in some lines but I hope you enjoyed it!
