"Ok baby I'll take care of it,"
David overheard his girlfriend Rose say on the phone as he walked into the house.
"Hey, baby he said as he walked into the bedroom she was sitting on the bed.
"Hey babe she sighed
David knew something was wrong he could tell by the look on her face
"Is everything all right?" he asked her
"Yea I was on the phone with Brianna she told me that the school is cutting her financial aid so she's probably going to have to drop out."
"So what is she going to do?" David asked
Rose shook her head.
"I don't know but....
"But what david raised his brow
"Maybe you could pay for the rest of the semester?" Rose asked.
David was silent.
"What?" Rose asked
"I don't know I'm already paying for one college tuition."
"You son has a full scholarship," she told him
"Only for school I still pay for room and board.
"Speaking of son why don't nobody know about us yet David I've been with you for two years yet i'm still a secret."
Rose tilted her head to the side narrowing her yes at him.
He started scratching the back of his head.
"It's only been a year since my divorce I just want to keep thing calm right now."
"Well, things are going to get uncalm soon if things don't change I'm tired of seeing you're ex-wife around town and she doesn't even know who I am to you."
"She's not supposed to David glared his eyes at Rose.
"Fine if you want me to keep this a secret then you need to do something for me."
He looked at her.
"What is that?" I asked.
Rose got up and grabbed a folder off the dresser handing it to David.
"What's this he asked as he opened it
I talked to a lawyer and I found out a way to bring some more money in
David read over the papers.
"These papers state I would have to take Denise's settlement from the divorce
Rose nodded her head.
"I'm not sure that's a good idea."
"She's your ex-wife!"
David shifted his eyes.
"Yea but I don't hate her.."
"But you love," me Rose rolled her eyes
"I do love you, David said.
She looked at him.
"Well if you love me then you know what to do, I'm going downstairs."
Rose told him then walked out of their bedroom.
