exhausted eyes flutter open, welcomed by darkness with the faintest light
ray of the moon's, seeping through curtain-covered windows.
deep intake of breaths disturb the silence along with the
breeze from the outside.turning -- unable to turn.
momentarily being restricted from moving where panic rises as she hyperventilates.
her gaze averts, sensing a silhouette hover over her stiff form
closer, moving closer
her eyelids, drooping.
a silent scream escaped from her lips, her form quivers in pain.
incapable of remaining conscious,
darkness consumed her.
