Chapter 15

Diamond is above or to the side

Tameka~

I feel a tap on my arm just to open my eyes to find diamond looking at me with cinnamon in my face too. Oh cinnamon is Diamond dog he is very small with brown eyes and a cinnamon like fur

" yes" I say looking at her face

Diam shhh today is trey birthday can we make him breakfast ? whispering

"yes but first lets get dressed" I said getting up

We both washed up and brushed our teeth. Then i went to put on my black dress with the long sleeves that stops at my mid thigh. Some fresh jordans and my snapback then i straighted my hair. I Picked out Diamond a one piece with shorts then some sandles then i put her braids into a ponytail.

Then we both washed out hands . Then We made birthday pancakes, ham, eggs with grits . After we finished We put it on a tray with some orange juice . Diamond had madd him a card so We put the tray to the side walking into the room . Diamond jumps on him and I'm right behind her

"trey look !" Diamond shouts

"diamond go back to sleep" trey says turning over while pulling the covers over his head

He rolls over then we look at each other . I assure her i got this ... Then i laid next to him and kissed his lips . Then i hit him on the head

" get up nigga"  I say

" damn why you gotta be so mean ?" Trey says poking his head out

He sits up and diamond hands him the tray and the card. Me and Diamond sit on the bed with him talking to him

" can we go to chuck e cheese ?" Diamond say

" i haven't been there since i was your age" trey says

"how about the beach ?" I suggest

"anything you guys wanna do I'm down. i just wanna spend the day with my two most important girls" trey says pulling us  into a hug

We both gave him a hug then we left out cause he wanted to get dressed. Diamond was playing with cinnamon trey was in the shower. I walked in to put on some makeup .

I heard the shower stop running then i next thing i know i feel a pair of hands around my waist. He starts kissing on my neck

"so where is my present ?" He says

"you'll get it later maybe if you be good" I say finishing putting on lip gloss

He hit my ass really hard as i walk out. Knowing i have the key ..  the key is the " cookies ".But i looked at my phone i haven't talk to destiny in a while. She must be busy with school i did all my work ahead of time so that's why. I looked up to find Trey with some true religion pants on , a red shirt , some black and red jordans. With a snapback on

" staring hard though" smirking at me

"you ready ?" I say rolling my eyes

"yeah" he says grabbing his keys

I was about to walk out the door until he pulled me into a hug. All i could smell was his polo cologne that was dead right. Jesus take the wheel cause I'm letting go

"thank you" trey say hugging me

" for what ?" I question

"for being here and understanding" he says looking into my eyes now

"no problem" I say letting go

Trey ~

I unwrapped my arms from around her and we headed out. First we went to the park then we went to my mom's grave. i didn't go to the funeral i was dead inside . I was saving some flowers for her and a teddy bear.

It was warm but a bit cold. Me and meka ,and diamond walked up to her grave. I placed it her stuff near her name then blew her a kiss. I looked up to the sky and said i love you .

I don't think diamond understands but she whispered it too. Then she told meka she wanted to go she started to cry.

Meka walked her back to the car while i stood and thought

Tameka~

I took Diamond back to car cause she started to cry. i think she cant believe her mom is gone. I just held her in my lap singing to her. Destiny has more of a Monica voice but i had keyshia Cole. She stopped crying and looked at me

" i miss my mommy" diamond says sniffling

" baby i know you do" I say wiping her tears

A little bit after Trey came and we went to Friendly's. I order a bacon burger with fries , Trey order a philly steak and cheese supermelt then Diamond order a hotdog with French fries.

We talked and ate after we finished we went to the beach. Chuck E would have to wait until tomorrow. Me and Diamond played in the water as Trey watched. I felt like she was own but she wasn't . If me and Trey was to ever have a daughter together i think we would make good parents.

Finally Trey joined us , we had so much fun . Diamond fell asleep on our way back home. He picked her up and brought her to her room and laid her down. Trey kissed her forehead then closed her door

I was on the bed reading Ni-Ni Simone a girl like me. Till he came over and kissed me

"excuse me" I say trying to focus

"your excused" trey says laughing

" I'm reading" I say

He snatches my book making me lose my page. I was ready to kill him

" doof ball" hitting his arm

I let him have the book ill get it later fuckin bitch. I just went to sleep I'm to sleepy to fight but destiny was on my mind i hope she's okay
