She was a princess.
She sat on a pedestal higher than everyone, but she was humble and knew she wasn't better than anyone.
She was a princess.
Always reeked of kindness, always helping others when needed, her beauty was like no other for her heart was where her beauty shined the most.
She was a princess,
But she held a dark secret, for she lived in a glass castle.
She was damaged, by the people she needed the most. When evil broke out between her kingdom, her glass castle would shatter leaving her in the middle of sharp edges.
She was a princess
And she was alone and broken.
She was a princess
And she always wondered why no one would save her, when deep down she knew why.
She was a princess
Who was surrounded by broken glass,
So she knew that if anyone would come fine her,
They'd get hurt too.
