Chapter 1

Kehlani

I held my phone in my lap looking down letting the tears fall, I missed him so much. It's killing me so much seeing him everyday on Tv with another woman, I call him everyday for it to go to voicemail. I leave him a message everyday telling him I love and miss him and tell him how my day went. I lost everyone close to me after I turned to drugs because of the depression, people called me crazy left and right telling me I look sick or I should get over him because he's happy.

I see that he is happy and has forgotten all about me, I cried grabbing the needle and injecting the heroin into arm, I dropped the needle and closed my eyes leaning back on the couch allowing it to flow through my system.

Chris

"Chris! What can you say about your upcoming album" I tried moving round the paparazzi but they kept coming in my way

"Ight can y'all move please and my album is coming march 3" I said going round them into my car. I brought the engine the life waiting for my fiance to enter the car, I pulled my phone out and scrolled through my camera getting ready to delete as many pictures and videos as possible then I stumbled across a video that I was very surprised to see.

"baby wake up, lani" I shook her

"Hm" she turned over seeing the camera and she screamed covering her naked body with the sheets

"Chris!" she shouted hiding

"What?" I laughed

"Oh my god why" She groaned

"Come on baby stop hiding" she peeked her head and blushed

"Chris turn it off" she begged

"Gimme a kiss first" I laughed and she shook her head smiling and crawling on my lap still hugging the sheets, she leaned down and kissed me. My hand circled her ass and she pulled away.

"I love you Lani" I pecked her lips

"I love you too Chris" she blushed

"Now turn it off" she rolled her eyes playfully and I laughed turning it off

"Damn" I mumbled

"What's wrong baby" I heard then I jumped dropping my phone

"Shit Mel you scared me" I shook my head and she laughed

"Sorry" she kissed my cheek

"It's cool, so what they say?" I asked

"They said a new model is coming in but she's new so their gonna try work with her" She explained

"What's her name?" I asked

"I don't know, Chris I don't have time to check people's names. I'm a busy woman" She said

"Mhm explains why we never have sex anymore" I mumbled

"Are you seriously thinking about sex right now" she scoffed

"It's not only that Mel, You turn me down even if your free or I wanna take you out" I looked at her

"Whatever Chris I'm not doing this with you again!" she shouted turning away from me

"Don't call me a fucking cheater if I do something it" I spat

"So your saying your gonna sleep with someone else?!" She grew angry

"Don't tempt me Mel, you know I'll do it" I glared at her and she grew silent

"I thought you loved me Chris" she began to cry
