This mental health place is horrible... I have to sleep on the floor with no bed or anything... The full room is white... I'm on my period and I have nothing so there's blood patches on the floor were I'm sat... I go to bed wake up and the guard brings breakfast to my door... It's a slice of plain bread and a glass of water... I don't get lunch or dinner... Yesterday I was beat up twice by these guys...I'm so weak I can't stand up... My hair is in a pink high ponytail to the side... And I'm wearing a plain white long sleeved t-shirt and white leggings with black socks... I hate this
I decide to get a shower... Luckily I have my own toilet and shower so I don't have to share with anyone, I take my clothes of and get in the shower... I'm loosing weight because of hardly eating...
Once I had a shower I got dressed wearing the same and sat back on the floor... Crying...
