Chapter 23: Three Days Off

GD'S POV

Most of the work for my upcoming album was complete but I've just been feeling uninspired and drained that was until the late hours of this morning around 10:00. When I got an unexpected visit from the guys, they were all dressed ready to go somewhere but I was wondering where.

"Jiyong Hyung! You have to get ready." Seungri says as he just casually lets himself in.

"Aye, didn't you learn that it impolite to just walk into another person's house without knocking." I scold him gently.

"Aye, Hyung it me. You know you love me." He says giving me that corny big smile of his.

"Tch, okay, but what are you all doing here. And at this hour?" I ask watching the others follow in behind him, they were smiling too.

"Did you three get into trouble?" I ask almost sounding worried.

'What? No. Jiyong we're here to pick you up" Taeyang's voice comes from the back.

"Huh? Pick me up and take me where?" I ask looking at the three of them.

"We are going on a spa day. Manger Hyung has given us all three days off well, four since Monday is a public holiday or something like that." Seungri explains.

"The spa? The four of us are going to siting in hot tubs and springs and getting mud bathes together..." I say looking directly at Seungri.

"Pretty, much nut there also lots of activities to keep Seungri entertained if he gets too much to handle." Daesung says in a teasing tone.

I let out a slight laugh. "Alright, I am in. When do we leave?"

"Right now, so hurry and pack up. And don't worry there is a pet nursery that will look after Momo at the spa so she can come to." Seungri explains as he picks up Momo.

Leaving the boys downstairs, I head and grab a bag and pack few items that I can change into for the next four days and grabs my phone, ID and keys and walks back down after a good 30 minutes. Climbing into the van I ask Taeyang.

"So, has Hyung booked us in already?"

"Yeah, under a VIP booking. He arranged everything so we just have to get there our things will be taken to our suites for us and we can start enjoying ourselves immediately once we arrive." Taeyang says.

"Anyway, we all need this, especially you Jiyong Hyung. Always keeping up with all our individual schedules and your own. Please making sure we are always being we need to be. You need a few days off just to charge yourself up." Daesung says as he rests his hand on my shoulder.

I smile nodding. I really appreciate how they all look out for me. True being the leader is not easy. I need to make sure everyone knows what they are doing and where they going. So, the pressure does mount up, also planning group schedules ahead of time and working own my things. A few days off actually didn't sound to bad to me right now.

After about a good hour on the road we arrive at the spa and resort. And just like Taeyang said, a caddy came took our things to our respective rooms and we each received a glass of champagne as we steeped out the car.

Walking into the spa lobby just off the reception area, four escorts approach and explain about the amenities and activities to do. Upon hearing mud bath Daesung heads forward with a lady showing him the way. Seungri, heads left as he talks with the man guiding him to the gamming area. Shaking my head as I laugh watching him walk off.

"well, I would like to relax, in the hot springs. What about you Taeyang?" I ask looking over at him.

"Mm, that sounds good. I'll actually join you."

"Well, follow me right this way. Would you like refreshments to be bought to you?" The lady leading us to the hot springs asks.

"Yes, that would be great. Two glasses of champagne." Taeyang says as we are taken to the change rooms where we can change out of our clothes and into something more comfortable for the hot spring.

We both step into separate change rooms and get undressed. Stepping out of my change room I see that Taeyang is already dressed and was waiting for me.

"Aye, you change fast." I say with a chuckle as I walk out with him to the hot spring.

"Ha-ha, no you just take too long to get dressed." Taeyang says as we get to the hot spring.

Shaking my head, I remove my robe and step into the hot spring sighing as my body gets fully immersed in the hot water.

"Feels good right." Taeyang says as he removes his robe and steps in to letting out a long deep sigh of relief.

"Answered your question, right?" I smile looking over at him.

"Oh, yeah it did. This feels fantastic." He says rolling his back as he closes his eyes.

"You know, apart from me needing this. You, Seungri and Daesung deserve it too. A chance where you can just relax and enjoy yourselves."

"Such a leader thing to say. But we do, but you more than anything. The manger told me how you have been working extra hours at the studio and he said you looked drained out. Even though you have responsibilities, you have to take care of yourself."

"I know, I need to but I find it hard to get out of the routine that I am so used to doing. Which is just throwing myself into my work."

"Yeah, I know Ji, but you have to give yourself a brake and take things easy. One because where not getting any younger even though we don't feel like we're aging fast as all. Your health is important."

Smiles softly nodding as our champagne arrives. Clicking our glasses together.

"This is my vow that, I will male better efforts in taking care of myself. And I will try not to over work myself."

"Good, and I will scold you if you don't keep to it." Taeyang says before taking a sip of his champagne.

"Aye, you're not mu senior." I say laughing.

"Ha- ha in this case it doesn't matter. Age is irrelevant in this case." He says raising his glass before taking another sip.

I shake my head taking a sip of my champagne as well.
