I don't even know. I grew bored in the process of editing, even though I just started this morning and I wanted to do a little something fun. So here's a bonus chapter filled with fun facts about the characters & other stuff.
FUN FACTS
1) Raphael's full name is: Raphael Adonis of Sterling and he was born on September 4.
Raphael would have done anything to protect Hanna which is why he feels so disgusted with himself. He was the reason she died.
2) Cora's full name is: Coralina Marceline of Argent & she was born on November 11.
Cora lived with Ellie for a while, until Alpha Xavier decided that an orphaned pup didn't deserve a real home. After that she was shuffled from house to house.
3) Algernon's father nearly killed him when he was only 12.
Algernon and his wolf were too 'in sync' therefore there was no balance in his mind between the humanity and the primitive.
4) Meredith always knew that Algernon wasn't a good person, but rejection never once crossed her mind.
She grew up in a small, country pack only to be inducted into a pack of great power and fear.
5) Jack is from Alpha blood. His father was supposed to take and run the Blue River pack, but turned the opportunity down.
Jack will always love Cora. That's all there is to it.
6) Ellie comes from a Beta ranked family. She lives with two older brothers who are twins, and is the only girl in the family. She was rejoiced when Cora was taken into their household. Cora's like a sister to Ellie.
Ellie and her father have never seen eye to eye. Cora's rebellious nature only was a catalyst to her own rebellion. Ellie would have traveled down a mischevious path with or without Cora's influence.
7) Azrael's an Arch Angel. He is one of the Seven Original Angels.
Azrael is the angel of death, and decides who gets to pass through, and who gets reincarnated into another life. Although he is not supposed to, he is powerful enough to revive the dead.
The Meaning Behind The Title
When Vixen was originally planned the story was supposed to follow Cora and watch her sneak around slyly, fool people, and decieve them into getting what she wanted (and a Vixen is a female fox, and foxes are symbolically known as tricksters). She is also part vampires, and Vampires use magic to glamorize themselves to seem attractive to humans (Vampires are dead after all). Vampires seduce humans in order to get them close enough to kill. Because Cora wasn't dead, the glamor magic effect just made her so incredibly appealing to the point where many male wolves were convinced she was their mate (Jack for example). A Vixen also is an attractive woman. So that's the meaning behind the title Vixen!
