"Nobody picked up. I looked it up and their HQ address is at a mixed-used building in Tokyo. I then hacked in to find their IP address...But the site is hosted on a rental server. Their office PC's aren't connected to the net."

"In other words, it's totally a bad company," Aiko adds in.

"So..." Maou stresses him to continue.

"The fire extinguisher, the futons, and the filter. I don't know if we can take those back..."

"Whoa...uh, wait a second. You said it was 45,000 yen total, right?Ashiya's out working right now to make up for the last 40,000 yen. And now look..." Both Maou and Hara had a look of pure terror on their face. That did nothing to settle the nervousness bubbling in Aiko's stomach.

"We gotta do something before he gets back..."

"...Or else he'll rage like the demon he is!"

"Ashiya said he'd be back Sunday night. We gotta figure something out..." Maou rubbed his head in thought.

"Or you guys may never see Monday morning," Aiko half whispered.

"But I didn't do anything wrong!!" Maou exclaimed to no one in particular.

"I doubt Alciel would lend an ear to that excuse,"

"Suzuno's right, Maou."

"Truly, the Devil's Castle has become a rudderless boat,"

"Oh, come on!!"

"Well, here it is," Maou and Aiko both stand outside the building of the shady company they discussed the night before.

"You know you didn't have to come with me, Aiko,"

"Yeah, I know. But I wanted to help,"

'Cause I guess technically Hara's a little my responsibility too...'

"Alright, let's do this," He said as he pushes open the door and strides up to the woman behind the receptionist desk.

"Good morning sir, ma'am. What can I help you with today?" The woman greeted almost too happily.

"Um, a salesman from your company visited us yesterday. We don't need any of the stuff we purchased. None of it's been used, so I was wondering if we could return it..."

"This was over in Sasazuka then, sir?" She almost cuts him off asking. He nods his head in return.

"Give me just one moment please." She picks up the phone and lowers her voice a pitch or two.

"I have a return request at the front desk....Yes alright. Certainly," She hangs up, "One of our agents will be here shortly. Please, have a seat over there." She gestures over to the two sofas separated by a coffee table.

"Thanks," Maou curtly said, then walks with his friend over to one of the couches.

"So far so good I guess..." Aiko mumbles beside him. He hums in acknowledgement, and the two wait for a few more minutes.
