Darkness and shame

The raw scent of Her betrayal

Silk cannot hide what She did

She stole Her first from Him

He says it's fine, it's natural

the Far North teaches differently than Across the Sea

His ways are not Her ways

For this, She would be made a breeding whore

He would be dead long ago by the laws of Her land

In the dark silence, does She remember what She has so many times proclaimed?

I am just your breeder and there is nothing left for us except the breeding...

With sunshine and honeysuckle tea He greets Her.

Her jealousy clings like a parasite,

Burrowing into Her marrow cage

And the withered organ that beats within.

His interrogation begins again,

Quickly to be brushed aside,

He never made this tea for her.

She wishes to be free of His truth and Her anguish.

She understands it is a sickness.

Right hand bound to Her side,

Rope binds Her to His side,

They climb, He Leads, She Follows,

She falls, She screams, She fears

He keeps Her from falling

He calls out encouragement

He calms Her doubts

Together, They ascend side by side

He lets Her climb over the edge first.

They kiss, a real kiss, in the light.

She begins surrendering to Him.

He almost surrenders His control.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Her Wild adores Him as His Wild adores Her.
The bone cage around Her heart expands
As He voices His pride in Her to His alpha father.
They hunt, They prepare, TOGETHER
Summer passes too quickly
As the protection opens around Her withered organ.
It beats for Him and brings Her happiness.
At home, She discovers the room He built for Her
Is decorated in colors from across the sea
Her lineage of silk stitches painted on the walls.
Happiness pushes away Her encroaching bones,
Making room for Him.
Seeking Him with bounding heart,
She sees Him through the front door.
Communing with her ghost,
He goes to the back door again.
Cracking, collapsing, useless ribs folding inward again
Around HER bleeding organ.
