A Transformation

Ratchet looked over Alice since she still said she felt weird.

"Well... there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with you. What are your symptoms again?" Ratchet asked Alice.

Alice sat up from the med-table and groaned. "I don't know... my head hurts and I just feel weird..." she said tiredly.

"Well maybe you just need some rest. I suggest a good long power down-eh... nap, I think you humans refer to it," Ratchet said puting away his tools.

Alice smiled weakly and nodded. She left to her room and laid down.
Did Rumble have some loose wiring and she just got electrocuted when she touched him? Ratchet didn't think her touching Rumble had anything to do with her strange headache. Alice fell asleep as she thought over what could be wrong with her. Maybe Ratchet was right... maybe she just needed a good long rest...

Alice woke up feeling better but... something was off...

She blinked and sat up. Her bed was smaller? No. She was taller! Alice gasped when she looked down and saw her hand then her legs. They were... metal?!

"This has to be a dream!!" Alice worriedly said out loud and scooted back in her bed bringing her knees up to her chest. She looked down at her body. It was Cybertronian... she looked like Rewind, one of Blaster's mini-cassettes, but blue and yellow.

Alice got up and walked to a mirror. She gasped when she saw her face. It still had the same shape and features but it was metal. Her eyes, or optics, were a reddish color with some blue making an interesting appearance. She touched her face with her servo and felt her skin. It was soft micro metal fibers seamlessly woven together like the "skin" on other Cybertronians face plates. She made faces in the mirror feeling how her metal skin bent and stretched in the different expressions.

"Pretty detailed dream..." Alice mumbled and walked to her door. Her joins felt different too; she didn't really know how to describe it though.  She opened the door and walked out into the base.

Sideswipe and Sunstreaker saw her and gasped backing up away from her. Cliffjumper saw her and pulled his blaster out.

Alice's optics widened. "Whoa! It's just me!" she said alarmed.

Optimus and Prowl came running. Prowl pulled out his blaster too but Optimus put his hand out to tell him to stand down seeing that Alice was pretty submissive.

"What is your name, and how did you enter our base?" Optimus questioned her.

Alice stood staring at Optimus. "It's me... Alice!" she said and backed up. "I don't know what's going on, okay?!" she said realizing that this probably wasn't a dream...

"Alice?!" Sideswipe said confused.

"I was just sleeping like Ratchet told me to and when I woke up I was like this!!" Alice said desperately. She looked up to Optimus with pleading optics.

Optimus nodded. "Ratchet can look at you, but for now, I want you to remain still," He said a tone of untrusting in his voice. It scared Alice. She didn't know why Optimus wouldn't trust her, then she looked down and saw it. A purple Deception symbol was printed on her chest. Alice gasped when she saw it.

Prowl and Optimus took Alice to Ratchet who didn't want to believe she was Alice until she told him exactly what he had told her about resting a few hours before.

"I just don't understand it!" Ratchet said scanning her. "You're completely Cybertronian!"

"S-so, you can fix me... right?" Alice asked worriedly.

Ratchet sighed. "Well, that's just it. There's nothing wrong with you..." he said, "you're just simply Cybertronian."

"But I'm human! How did this even happen?!" Alice asked starting to panic now.

"I'm... not sure," Ratchet said and turned back to his scanners.

"Could this be the Decepticon's doing?" Optimus asked Ratchet.

"I don't know how they could have done something like this. It's just not possible!" Ratchet said looking over Alice again.

Alice started to shiver. She felt weak; like there was something missing from her and it was draining her...

(Well, things are happening now!  I hope to update this soon! I've been really enjoying writing it out!  Hopefully it's just as fun to read? Well, until next time!
