Rawr.. This is my first story on Wattpad, although, it's been on here for quite some time, but this is kinda like a different version, cause the other one is on my other account, and I lost the info for it. Anywho, I like this one much better, and since the other one never actually got past the second part, I intend to see this one through till the end. :D

Chapter One:

I gave my mom a final hug as the bus pulled into the parking lot. A tear slid down her face and I wiped it away. "Mom, it's just for a month. And you can come and visit on the weekends." I told her. She always got emotional when I left for summer camp.

"Oh, I know sweetie. You've just never been gone for so long. And the house'll be too quiet without you."

"You'll have dad there," I put my bags in the luggage compartment under the bus and brushed a hand through my hair. "Bye mom," I waved to her before I turned and stepped on the bus.

"Goodbye Faithe!" She waved and opened the car door, "call me if you need anything."

"I will." I slowly walked up the steps and looked around for familiar faces. When I didn't find any, I took an empty seat at the very back of the bus. I put my purse on the seat beside me and dug out my iPod. I put my headphones in my ears and blasted the music. I watched the cars pass and tried to keep my thoughts away from Blaine, the boy I was secretly in love with and had been for three years. The boy who continuously and unknowingly broke my heart every time he spoke to me. I tried to keep my mind distracted so I wouldn't think of his mesmerizing sea green eyes and his charming smile. His perfectly sculpted six pack and his short, cute hair. I doubt he's coming, I thought to myself, he doesn't care about our promise.

The summer Blaine and I first met we made a promise to come back to summer camp every year until we were too old. This year was our second last year, and the only way we could come was if we were camp counselors.

I was pulled back to reality as I felt the bus slow down and come to a stop. The doors opened and a few more counselors came on. I looked out the window and noticed that this was Blaine's stop, but he wasn't here. I felt close to tears as I realized he had broken our promise. I felt a tear slide down my cheek and I quickly brushed it away, hoping no one saw.

"Why the long face?" I looked up and laughed. His voice was deeper than I remembered, and he was cuter.

"I thought you forgot about our promise." I put my purse on the floor in front of my feet and made room for Blaine. I pulled my headphones from my ears and put my iPod away. He sat down, placing his bags at his feet and looked me over before giving me one of his big hugs.

"Of course I wouldn't do that." He pulled away and I blushed. "You look great by the way." He smiled and looked out the window. "So how's life?"

"I look like I always do: short, with messy hair, no make-up and flat as a board." No exaggerations, really. I had no chest whatsoever. And I didn't really care because I wasn't forced to wear a bra like all the other girls. "But you look great. It's alright so far. I got accepted into UCLA, so I'll be going to Cali in the fall. How about you?"

"You always look amazing, no matter what. You could wear a paper bag and I would still think so." I blushed. Blaine always made a point to tell me I was beautiful. I believed him to some extent and I would believe him more if I had actually been asked out on a date during high school. "Both Amber and I got accepted into UCLA and the University of Washington. We aren't sure which one we'll be attending. I definitely think we'll be going to UCLA now, though. She'll be stoked to finally meet you." I faked a smile. His girlfriend, of course; he was in love with her. They had every right to go to university together.
