Ch. 19 Happy Gotcha Day

Sofia POV
So I went to my bathroom and got ready for today.
(Sofia's Outfit)

Then, I went downstairs and Uncle Avi was in the kitchen.

Sofia: Uncle Avi!
Avi: Hey there's the Gotcha Day girl.

He picks me up and hugs me.

Avi: How we doing today?
Sofia: Excited.
Avi: That's good.

Then, daddy comes downstairs.

Kevin: Hey guys.
Both of us: Hey.

Then we all hear to doorbell ring.

Sofia: I'll get it.

I went to open the door and it's Aunt Kirstie, Uncle Scottie, and Auntie Mitch.

Sofia: Hey guys.
Scott: There's the Gotcha Day girl.

He starts to tickle me.

Sofia: Hahahahahahahhahahaha!!!

Then he stops.

Kirstin: Are you excited about today?
Sofia: I'm super excited.

Then we all went to the kitchen where Uncle Avi and daddy are at.

Kevin: Hey guys.
Kirstin: Hey Kevin.

So everyone puts thier stuff to where they are gonna be sleeping at.

Kevin: Are you ready to go have some fun?
Everyone: Yeah!
Kevin: I was talking to Sofia.
Avi: Kevin, you are no fun.
Kevin: I'm kidding. Let's go.

So we all headed out and went to Santa Monica that is near the beach.

We rode some rides and had so much fun. While we are walking around, I see a teddy bear at one of the booths.
(This is the size of the bear)

Sofia: Daddy, look.
Kevin: What is it?
Sofia: Look at that teddy bear. He's so cute.

Kevin POV
Kevin: And I'm assuming you want it.
Sofia: Yes.

She gave me puppy eyes. I hate that.

Mitch: Uh-oh Kevo. She's are using puppy eyes on you.
Avi: Looks like you have to win it for her.
Kevin: Do I have to?
Sofia: Please, daddy.
Kirstin: OMG! My heart just melted.
Scott: Dude, how can you say no to that face?

I gave in.

Kevin: Okay fine.
Sofia: Yay!

So we walked over to the booth. All I had to do was hit the bottles perfect 3 times in a row. I hit all of them perfect.
Everyone cheered for me.

Sofia: Yay! Daddy did it.

I got her the bear and gave it to Sofia.
She hugged it.

Sofia: Thank you daddy.
Kevin: You're welcome, sweetie.

We walked around some more. A few minutes later we left and went somewhere else.

Sofia POV
We left the carnival and we went to get some food and movies to celebrate. We got some pizza and popcorn.

Scott POV
So Kirstin and I went to the bakery to get the cake for Sofia and Kevin.

Baker: Hi, what can I do for you?
Kirstin: We are here to pick up a cake.
Baker: Great. What's the name it's under?
Kirstin: It's under Kirstin.
K-I-R-S-T-I-N.
Baker: Okay. I'll be back.

A few minutes later he came back with the cake and it looks amazing.

Kirstin: OMG! It looks amazing. Thank you so much.

So Kirstin and I left to go back to the house.

Sofia POV
So daddy, Uncle Avi, Auntie Mitch, and I left the store and went back home.
Everyone changed into thier PJ'S so we can start celebrating.
We all went in the kitchen to eat the pizza. We are eating the pizza.

Kirstin: Sofia and Kevin, Scott and I have something for you guys.

Uncle Scottie comes out of the back with a cake.

Kevin and Sofia: OMG!
Kevin: Guys, this is so beautiful. You shouldn't have.
Scott: We wanted to.
Sofia: Thank you guys.

I went and hugged them.

Mitch: This is too pretty to cut.
Kevin: It really is.

But we cut it anyway. It was really good. We didn't eat all of it. Then, we popped some popcorn and we watched a movie. Today was the best Gotcha Day ever. I love my Pentatonix family so much.
