Lesson One - Never Let Them Know Your Next Move.

It's been a week, a long one week since the North Side moved into our school. Well I couldn't really say it was just our school anymore but I guess I should explain.

Only the rich of the rich get to go to one of the two Rose Park High Schools.  Forget what you've heard about Beverly hills this is where the true rich kids go.

Our school the South Rose park High school joined together with the North side and let's just say a week into it and not everything was going as well as the teachers had hoped. In my head I always knew that it would never turn out well. The two sides had never got on and it ran a lot deeper than the teachers could ever imagine.

A whole new school was built in the middle of the City just so that they could join the two schools together. I don't know what the City was thinking when they did it but here I sat watching as a brawl broke out in the middle of the lunch hall. Rolling my electric blue eyes already bored of the the sight in front of me, I stood up ready to walk out.

Looking at my twin brother Damon he was only a few tables over cheering them on, encouraging the fight. He was always the type of person to be in the middle of things. In fact he was normally the one to start them. I was pretty sure he had some sort of hand to play this brawl I just didn't know what.

Walking out the large double doors I noticed worried looking teachers running in trying to break up the fight but it was no good. The rest of the students were stopping them from getting through and a lot of the students didn't even glance at the yelling teachers.

None of us feared the teachers. They couldn't do anything to us, with our parents being able to pay them off from any threats they threw our way. It was the fifth fight of this day alone and I was sure it wouldn't be the last.

There was no chance that the North and South side were going to get on anytime soon. In fact I didn't see it happening at all but who was I to say anything.

In my eyes it was nothing more than a childish battle that I had long since stopped taking part in.

Having enough of this place for one day I started heading to my locker. Throwing the rest of my stuff in there I got out my car keys and left for the parking lot. The security looked at me from the corner of their eyes as I opened the front doors of the school. At first they looked like they were going to stop me but once they seen who it was they said nothing.

Almost acting like they hadn't seen me at all. They had just went back to walking up and down the halls. It was just a show really to make it look like they were getting paid for doing something when really they held no power, just like the teachers.

My parents paid for half of this school, they wouldn't dare rat on me.

No one could and no one would.

After all my dad pretty much paid half their wages, it was the reason they got paid so well to work here. No one in their right mind would want to work in this school without some sort of benefits.

We were a rebel bunch of kids with parents who had to much money.

The most perfect and worst type of combination of you asked me.

"Where are you going?" The voice was deep and luring as I walked out the doors of the school.

Looking over to my left slowly with boredom clear on my face I noticed Riker Kennedy through the blinding sun at the heart of the day.

Riker was leaning against the wall as he blew smoke into the air not even looking at me. Running into each other like this had become normal since our two schools joined together. After all we were at the very top of the food chain of the two schools.
