Something

I woke up first. I was a bit confused at first but then I realized I was back in my park. After I left my house I came here and spent my first month living here, writing songs and listening to the free concerts they held. I loved this park as much as my new found love for the girl in my arms. My heart began to thump as Jennie snuggled herself into my chest. I took my jacket out of my bag and wrapped it around us. I kissed the top of Jennie's head and began sketching.

I didn't realize the sketch I drew turned out to be Jennie, I turned the paper over and penned out my feelings. My lyrics,
"Something in the way she moves
Attracts me like no other lover
Something in the way she woos me"
She began to move and looked at me with her adorable gummy smile, I smiled back and kissed her forehead. She hid her face in my chest and I wrote more,
"Somewhere in her smile she knows
That I don't need no other lover
Something in her style that shows me
I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe and how"

"What are you writing Lisa~?" I giggle at her aerygo,
"Nothing~" she pouted,
"Lemme see~~" She pouted and poked her cheeks,
"It's not done yet." She stood,
"When it is show me." I smiled,
"Of course." I neatly folded the paper and stood with Jennie.

"I'm hungry." I nodded,
"What do you want to eat?"
"I don't know..... something inexpensive." We were walking around the park,
"How about over there?" I pointed to the food truck next to the stage.
"Looks good.... looks like there's going to be a show soon too!" I nodded and we walked to the food truck.

After I purchased our food we sat in front of the stage. Two girls walked up. One had a guitar in hand and the other had an extra microphone.
"Hi we're Blackpink, we will be playing original songs."
Jennie looked at me her mouth full, she looked adorable. I giggled at her and began eating. The music was really good.... the lyrics were lacking but all in all it was a good show. I couldn't keep my eyes off Jennie. The way she ate, the way she danced to the music, the way she smiled, the way she enticed me with her eyes. Her everything. As Blackpink's set ended I penned the last of my lyrics down of my new song,
"Something in the way she knows
And all I have to do is think of her
Something in the things she shows me
I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe and how"
"Thank you two for coming out." I looked around and realized it was just Jennie and I.
"No problem." They jumped off the stage and sat next to me and Jennie.
"I'm Jisoo and this is Rosè." Nice to let you, I bowed towards the raven haired Jisoo and red headed Rosè. I grabbed Jennie's hand and she leaned her head on my shoulder.
"You sounded really good but...."
"But what." Rosè perked up
"Not to sound rude but the lyrics were a bit... lacking."
"Not rude at all!" Jisoo responded,
"I could help, I've been looking to become a lyricist." Rosè and Jisoo looked at each other and had a silent argument with their eyes. Jisoo finally spoke up,
"Show us what you got." I handed her my newest piece.
"Here's something I just wrote, it's called Something." Jisoo and Rosè looked at it and as they read it there eyes became wide,
"Oh wow! This is incredible!" They both exclaimed,
"Can you rap?"
"I can learn."
"I can" Jennie finally spoke,
"Really?! That would work out perfectly!" Jisoo said,
"Welcome to Blackpink!" I shook Rosè hand,
"Thanks! Can't wait to work with you!" Jisoo smiled at Rosè,
"We can come over to your place and work tonight!" Jennie's face fell, I squeezed her hand to comfort her,
"We um.... don't have a home...." Rosè's jaw dropped,
"That's horrible! You're staying with us in our dorm!" Jisoo glared at Rosè and they again had a silent argument,
"We have a guest room, you can stay there." Jisoo said,
"Thank you both." We had a group hug and I helped Jisoo pack up their equipment.
"So are you and Jennie a thing?" Jisoo asked,
"I don't know yet, I hope so."
"Was that song about her?" I blushed,
"Yeah..."
"It was so wonderful, you should show her."
"What if she rejects me?" Jisoo gave me a sassy snap,
"Do you see the way she looks at you?!" I shushed Jisoo as Jennie's attention was on us now,
"I still don't know..." Jisoo sighed,
"I get it, I was the same way with Rosè, but now we are living together and we are really happy. What's the worse she could say." I frowned
"She could say no." Jisoo put her hands up as if to say 'I surrender'. As I packed the last wire, I went back down to where Jennie and Rosè were.
"Speak of the devil." Rosè said,
"We were just talking about you." Jennie smiled,
"I hope it was good, Jisoo and I are ready when you are." I smiled. Jennie nodded and gathered her things. She smiled at me and my heart melted into soup. I felt as if I was floating when Jennie held my hand. I smiled to myself, not caring how crazy I looked at the moment.
Little did I know something was smiling back.

I placed the paper I was working on today on Rosè table,
"You should show Jennie first." Jisoo whispered, I nodded and headed to the guest room. Jennie was unpacking the few things she had. I knock on the open door making myself known,
"Hey..."
"Hey! Sit!" Jennie patted the empty side of the bed,
"I um... you wanted to see it when it was finished so here..." I handed her the lyrics that were folded in a neat square,
"Ooh did you draw this too?" I nodded.
"I um have to check on Jisoo." I quickly left without letting Jennie speak.

Knock
"Come in Lisa!" I walked into Jisoo and Rosè's room. They had a little recording set up and a plain bed.
"What did she say?!" Jisoo jumped on me,
"What did who say about what?" Jisoo filled in Rosè on our earlier conversation, now Jisoo and Rosè were leaning in uncomfortably close waiting for my response,
"I...I don't know! I left before she could read it...."
"Pabo!!!" Rosè smacked my head,
"Go!! Shoo!" Jisoo pushed me out the room and slammed the door,
"DON'T COME BACK UNTIL YOU GOT AN ANSWER!!!" I heard them laughing
hysterically.

Aishh these two are a weird couple.
