(Wow it's easy to come up with headcanons for Ouma)
Ouma's often mistaken for a girl in public.
It can piss him off but in some situations he likes to have fun with it.
For example:
Ouma was just heading home to his beloved Saihara-chan to watch Fairytail, when suddenly a voice rang out. "What a fine-looking girl!" Ouma turned around. A boy a little older than him had mistaken him for a pretty girl. Ouma was currently bored, so he smirked and decided to have some fun.
"Me? Pretty?" Ouma turned around and he came up to the boy. "Yeah, you look very pretty. What's your name cutie~?" he said with a flirty voice. 'Disgusting pig.' Ouma thought but kept his act as usual "Ouma, but why talk about little me? I'd really like to get to know you~". By this point the guy had a major smirk "Well then... how about we discuss that over a date at my place?" Ouma giggled before bringing his scary expression "Oh I didn't know you were into boys! Well, I'm sorry but I already have date with somebody. Somebody who doesn't have dirty teeth and a stinky breath" The boy's face drained of color, meanwhile Ouma simply walked away, satisfied.
