A tiny little girl,

Holds a brown teddy bear.

She sleepily rubs her eyes,

As she walks up the stairs.

Mommy she whispers

As quiet as a mouse.

She shouldn't be up,

But she's scared of this house.

She wanted her mommy,

And her daddy too.

She squeezed her teddy,

And went into view.

Mommy she yelled,

Walking in her parent's bedroom.

By now she was scared,

Because she heard a loud boom.

She walked toward the noise,

And found a door.

Shut tight by something,

That was on the floor.

Curiously, she opened the door,

Only to shriek and turn away.

For what was behind that door,

Left her mind in disarray.

Her mother and father,

Both locked in their home.

Had blood on each other,

She clearly was shown.
