Like everything about this book, the cover is well-made and aesthetically pleasing. That's all I really need to say if I'm being honest.

Most titles are short, sweet, and cut straight to the point. This title is no exception. Here is yet another area this author nails.

S U M M A R Y

A few sentences can easily draw someone in, and this author the key example of this. I only needed to read the first sentence (which said "Don't tell a sad soul That smoking kills, something else could already be killing them.") To want to read the story. I can tell that one of the author's skills is drawing people in as I Most likely would've read this story if I found it either way.

In  this review, there will be a few sections that are rather short- and this is one of them. The grammar in this story is excellent, and I didn't discover any noticeable errors in the many, many chapters I read. I wasn't sure which section to put this into, but the gifs are a nice touch as well. They really compliment the tone of the story.

P L O T

This is going to be a rather short section, but oh well. There really isn't much to say here, as the storyline is solid as well as the plot line.  Aside from a few moments where I was confused of the time frame, the author is golden here.

The character interaction is brilliant, Every time they interact, the reader is able to tell that kind of relationship they have. However, some characters do not stand Out to me, as they do not have personality traits for me to remember them by, such as Aysel. That doesn't mean they are bad characters. They just are not as memorable as characters such as Evangeline. She maintained her sassy personality throughout the book. But I think the characters that stand out the most are Seif and Rafa. Rafa, because it was refreshing to bring in another empathetic  character. Seif, because the author's skill of making characters unlikable douchebags is remarkable. Wow, that was a long section. Moving on.

Overall, this book is great. The fact that I got excited and dropped everything to read the recent update is a good sign. The characters are interesting and I love following the story with them, especially Aliyah. The storyline is interesting and solid, although at times the past and present got mixed up for me. And everything, from the cover to the title, to the summary, is aesthetically pleasing. Let's just say I'll be keeping this story in my library.
