Once upon a time, there was...
I have no words as I look upon him so clear I could reach out and touch him. But I am frozen as I take this in...

"...Don't be afraid, Andromeda..." he says slowly and proudly as if I have become the warrior he always saw in me.
I stare into his eyes that pierce mine, his thin beard just how I remember it and his long dark hair pulled back behind his ears as strands blow over his rugged but spotless face.
"Use what you have taken..." he takes my left hand and lifts it until it's level. "And use what you have had all along..." he lifts my other hand the same way.
I look at him, wondering what he means until I glance down at my left palm that now holds a glowing green gem that is absolutely stunning... the Time Gem... And then my right is one of orange with a slight pink tint...
"And by the grace of our Lord in Heaven... you shall live again... Go my child... and save them."
I open my eyes from this as I hold onto the side of the brain... energy rising inside me as my irises turn green and glow, making my vision an emerald tint as I pull the blade from my stomach and suddenly my wounds all begin to heal, turning my body back in time all the way back to the state it was in this morning as I stand to my feet slowly and Nebula watches me with astonishment. But she knows it's the power of the Time Gem that allows this as a wave of green travels across my body. I glare down on her when I am fueled with no hatred but only light and strength; the gift I have and my eyes turn from green to orange-peach as I feel power rising inside of me again. Serenity flows through my veins and I stand ready when she huffs in anger and gets ready to charge for me.
"God give me strength," I say before she leaps forward.
She runs right to me and I move my legs forward to let them step with force against the ground and pull my body forward and she cries out in fury, her hand glowing purple with power as she readies to strike me dead. She leaps into the air and I stop, twisting around her when she lands and I press my hand to her back component, light breaking through it like the power of the sun as it cracks and shatters, the Power Gem being freed from her as a blinding light surges through the air like beams of white before she falls forward and tumbles against the ground.
I watch her as she stands up, no weapons and no will but her stubbornness is going to get her into―yep.
She leaps to me and I bend down, sliding my foot back when I move my hands in a horizontal formation to either side, blowing both her legs off with white beams so bright it takes our whole vision and she falls even further from us.
The lights die down as her body rolls over and over and she stops herself on the roots, tired and spent with her body so strained from what just happened she may not be able to stand... or see...
