Futon

It didn't take long until we finally reached the inside of the main building where a futon had already been spread out for me. It was really embarrassing for me to have been carried in such a way but eventually I got over it.

It was...nice.

Being near Hak always made me safe and comfortable but I never voiced it out loud.

"Where is Elder Mundok?" I heard Hak ask someone.

"Ah, we have already notified the elder. He's coming as we speak." Another person answered.

I sighed in relief.

Good, he's still here. I thought.

I looked over at where Hak had been sitting. I called out to him and he immediately rushed over. Well, it seemed like he had rushed over but his movements were normal yet somehow brisk at the same time.

"What is it, princess?" He asked me with his naturally piercing blue eyes.

"Call me Ying. It would be better if you got used to calling me such since we'll soon be travelling incognito." I immediately corrected him.

He nodded albeit reluctantly.

"Good, I'll be taking a rest for the time being. I'll need to recover my energy for when we leave. As for the food, I'll eat it once I awake." I told him. "When the elder arrives, please relay my message to him."

"Yes, Ying."

I smiled at him in approval.
