V I G I L A N C E ~ (MCU) ~

C H A P T E R 3 1_

"Oh boy. Now we got a party."

"I don't see how this is a party," I reply to him.

But regardless, I charge up a bomb before throwing it out, my suit taking fire before Tony and I switch places, firing my guns out at every head that I see running towards us. The acid has sprayed on several of them that distracts them quite a bit, Stark firing repulsors wherever he can as they begin to almost multiply.

I throw a spider web out that the cable sticking through one of them and skipping to five more behind him through their bodies, several others tripping over the cord and face planting into acid. I send some bullets their way to take them out, shots flying through the air and burying into an eye, then a neck, and a couple in some unarmored shoulders.

Tony sends out several tiny missiles that find their targets separately.

"On the count of three, I need you to duck!" he says as he continues to take them out.

"Why?!" I ask as I fire bullets into their skulls.

"One..."

We hear a loud sound and then see a military vehicle fly over the hills with a huge laser canon as the turret and I widen my eyes when it heads straight for us.

"Two, three!" he says quickly and I duck just in time, his hands up before he puts them both out and spins them in a circle, thin red lasers that come from his wrists slicing everything in half around us before he shuts them off just as quickly. My eyes widen as I stand up hesitantly, the lower halves of soldiers falling dead and the truck sliced in two with glowing orange at the edges... Everything is obliterated and I hear some trees fall too.
