I think I don't really have to say something to that, but here's how I see this picture:

If Rye wouldn't have written that, I wouldn't notice that he doesn't have a left nipple xD

Some of the comments below this picture said that it's a ring for sex bell, I think so too because of the caption

Everyone asks where Ryes nipple has gone but I'm still wondering where he has his right hand. 

Andy is like " I lovelove your skin, Babe" and Rye is really enjoying Andy's hand on it and he looks forward to the time after this picture...
