Valentine pov

I saw the apes, as nova lead me over to them, there was a large orangutan,  gorilla, 3 chimpanzee apes. They were unsure of me, i didn't know sign, i put my hand on the older chimpanzee  gun to lower it. To just let him know i wasn't a threat, to him or his friends i smiled as he lower his gun. Than i did the sign for come, follow me i felt the sharp cold air within the air, a snowstorm was coming. Than they carefully follow me into in the house that was abandon, i hear piano playing from the living room.  I saw her face when she saw the apes and nova

I heard more than one footsteps there i saw apes and nova, a girl we lost in when we escape. From their, i stood up and i gave a look to Valentine she just shrugged  her shoulders before i had grab my pad of paper. i wrote,  hi nova , who are their ?  than Valentine took the paper and wrote  nova and her friends ...they are welcome here  i turn around and smiled at them and she nodded. The older one spoke " can anyone of you speak ?" he asked and we shook our heads no than i showed them my scared my vocal cords. Valentine wrote on the pad and show them general removed all our vocal cords way to cure so there no illness

This is a bad ideas i thought as we cooked the dinner for us and the apes, they were staying. Soon after they met us, a another snow storm hit so at least we were all safe, i thought as i brought the deer soup to the kitchen and started to dished it up for each of us and our new guests. As i finished setting up the table, i saw the younger ape saw me as i set the table it, he had these eyes. Like he care for me or he felt my pain  that i went though

It was after dinner the older ape asked us question and we were answering them by writing on the pad. I was playing with nova, the orangutan was very protective  of her, he seemed very nice just by his eyes when he look at me . he had these beautiful green eyes, as i was listening  to them, the older chimpanzee  wanted to find the general of the awful army  Only bad ape knew it was, we didn't we were at different place before they moved their. I saw Valentine wrote  i'll take you to bad ape , he only knows in the morning . Valentine would leading them to bad ape, hopefully she return to us unharm i thought to myself .
