Chapter 14

Summer's POV

Right now me, Lawrence and Zack are watching Tomika and Freddy warm up as today is the annual travis prep vs raven academy competition. From what it looks like the routine raven academy is doing looks amazing and it is definitely going to win but I have no idea how good travis preps routine is. My thoughts were interrupted by the start of the competition

Tomika and Freddy: wish us luck guys

Zack, summer and Lawrence: good luck guys

And with that Freddy and tomika along with the rest of the raven dance team make their way into their starting positions. Are dance was

Once we had finished we could see that travis prep does not look impressed which is a good thing. Then it was travis preps turn and they did

After that routine I know raven academy is going to win

Announcer: and the winner is raven academy

I could then see the dance team hug each other but Freddy and tomika high five and they come up to us

Summer: congrats guys

Tomika: thanks sum

Zack: you guys were amazing

Freddy: you think

Josh: Fred Mika the dance team is going out to celebrate do you guys want to join

Freddy: can summer, Zack and Lawrence come too

Maddie: of course

Freddy: sure

Tomika: well just get changed then

Josh: ok meet us in the dance studio

Freddy, Tomika, Summer, Zack and Lawrence: yeah ok

And with that josh and the rest of the dance team minus Freddy and tomika leave and we go get changed. Once we had finished changing we made our way to the dance studio to find Clark and Josh arguing, I could then see Tomika make her way up to them. I try to stop her but she pulls away from me

Tomika: CLARK

Clark and Josh then jump 

Clark: Tomika 

Tomika: what are you doing here

Clark: just came to say that Raven Academy cheated at the dance competition

Tomika: we did not cheat

Clark: yes you did

Tomika: Clark just get out, go back to Travis Prep and leave us alone

and with that Clark leaves and Tomika pulls Josh out of the room

WITH TOMIKA AND JOSH

Tomika's POV 

right now I am outside the dance studio with Josh as I need to find out what Clark said to him. Just then my thoughts were interrupted by Josh shaking my shoulders

Tomika: ok, stop

Josh: ok, ok, what's up Mika

Tomika: what did Clark say to you before me and my friends walked in 

Josh: he said that we stole the routine from a national champion group 

Tomika: but we didn't 

Josh: which is what I told him, but he didn't listen 

Tomika: Travis Prep would do anything to get us disqualified 

Josh: yeah remember last year

Tomika (giggles): yeah 

Josh: I swear Travis Prep needs to learn that they need to win fairly and not try and get us disqualified 

Tomika (giggles): yeah they really do 

Just then the others walk up to us 

Summer: what you two laughing about 

Tomika: just last years competition 

Freddy: what happened last year 

Josh: Just like any other year, Travis Prep would try and disqualify us 

Lawrence: wait this isn't the first time you competed for Raven Academy 

Tomika: no 

Zack: ok are we going out to celebrate or what 

Josh: I have a better idea 

Tomika: what you thinking Joshua 

Josh then comes up to my ear and he whispers into it

Josh (whispers to Tomika): truth or dare

Tomika: you know I beat you last time 

Josh: I know but it'll give us the chance to get to know your friends and they can get to know us

Tomika: ok lets play it then

Zack, Freddy, Lawrence and Summer: play what

Josh and Tomika: Truth or dare  

Freddy: lets play

and with that we get into a circle and we get ready to play truth or dare
