Waking up in a hotel isn't the best thing to wake up yo when you know you have no where to go at the moment . I looked down at my 6 year old son and sighed. I want the best for him and only him.
I was interrupted by my thoughts with a ring. It was Princess , one of my best friends I met through the music business and also how I met her brother and my now ex boyfriend , Amari. I accept the call from FaceTime and gave a quick fake smile .
" okay first of all , your smile is fake . Second of all , why aren't you in your bed and third of all why is your face bruised up" She rambled , overflowing me with questions .

Wondering if I should tell her , I bit the inside of my cheek and looked at her . Before you knew it tears overflowed my eyes and fell down my chocolate skinned face covered with fresh bruises ..

" baby girl what happened .." Princess voice cracked as her face went from confused to sadness in a snap
" I just .. " I was speaking but got cut off by her husband and her son. Princess had a son that is 4 and she remarried to Camron after her divorce with Christian.
" Hey auntie na-na!" He screamed loudly and giggled waking Damani out his sleep with his eyes open in excitement. I giggled as Damani got in the camera and yelled out his name .
"Cammy!? Mommy look , ohhhh there's Cammy" he smiled in the phone giggling as Camron Jr known as CJ made funny faces in the camera .
" Cam give me my phone back !" I heard Princess yell in the background
"I don't have your fucking phone why are you yelling at me ! " Camron said letting his deep New York accent flow
" I'm not talking to - you know what! GIVE ME MY PHONE" she screamed at CJ as she snatched the phone out his hand
Me and Mani sat there laughing at the goofy couple seeing CJ , Christian and Princess son come in . He turned 8 not to long ago and I can tell you watching him and Damani grow was so cute . Now we're watching Cam Jr grow .
" Hey auntie ! " Christian said as he sat down next to his mother
"Hey baby , but Princess I see you busy so I'm going to call you back . I got to take care of some business , bye . " I hung up without letting her finish her sentence and got ready for the day.
I took all our clothes to my car and me and Damani went on our Journey.

I made it to the studio with a happy meal , Mani's tablet , his snacks and some toys for him .

I seen a tall thick black girl , a small hispanic girl , a kind of short Carmel boy with waves , a light skinned boy with cute curly hair and I a darker Carmel male with a yellow durag on and his eyes low .

" don't play with us Kyrie . " the tall girl said giggling rolling her eyes playing with Damani
"Shut up anyways , that big mouth girl is my girlfriend Nicole " He was saying before he got interrupted again from his girlfriend
" But you can call me Nickiiii" she stuck her tongue out and giggled making the boy with the durag look at her with this weird face making me giggle
" Anyways, there you have Cassie , her boyfriend Cain , Caleb with the curly hair and Tremaine at the end of the couch "
" Hey guys .." I waved and smiled
Every body spoke back but Tremaine.

I went into the both singing my song ' Love on the brain ' with my eyes closed . Letting the music get in my body I started to sway and hip roll singing letting. My facial expressions tell it all .
