Inabutan niya sa komedor ang isang katulong kaya inutusan niya itong ikuha siya ng makaka-kain.
"Ahhhmm...Lady Beatrice...It's just that..." may pag-aatubili namang sagot ng kasambahay.
"Just what?" nagtatakang tanong naman ni Beatrice.
Hindi pa man nakakasagot ang katulong ay lumabas na ang ibang kasama nito na may mga dalang serving plate ng pagkain.
"What's all this? You do realize that I can't finish all of this Anton." Ani naman ni Beatrice sa butler.
"We didn't prepare it for you lady Beatrice." Sagot naman ng may katandaan ng tagapamahala.
"What?" naguguluhang tanong naman nig dalaga.
"I prepared it for you Reese." Ani naman ng isang baritong tinig mula sa likod ng dalaga.
She stiffened when she heard his voice. Hindi pa pala ito nakaka-alis.
"What are you doing JT...?" tanong naman ng ni Beatrice.
"I cooked you breakfast or brunch given the time right now." Walang pag-aatubili namang sagot ni JT
"Why?" Beatrice asked him with a straight face looking at him intently.
"I figured it's late and you'd be hungry by the time you woke up." Sagot pa ni JT na hindi inaalis ang tingin sa dalaga.
Beatrice stopped asking because she knows that he would just come up with an answer.
"Well then....thank you is appropriate I guess..." may pag-suko namang sagot ni Beatrice na itinuon na ang paningin sa hapag kainan.
While JT is still standing there looking at her.
"Aren't you gonna invite me to sit down?" may ngisi sa labi na tanong ni JT.
"I didn't think I have to after you took the liberty to rummage my kitchen. I figured you would just sit freely. But then I was wrong. Please have a seat Mr. Lyons." Sarkastikong sagot naman ni Beatrice.
JT can't help but to let out an amusing smile because of her wit.
"Will you please stop looking at me Mr. Lyons, I'm trying to eat here if haven't noticed." Ani naman ni Beatrice when she noticed the way he stared at her the entire time he was seating on his chair.
"Sorry...can't help it." Sagot naman ni JT without any hint that he is sorry.
Isang irap lamang ang isinagot ni Beatrice at itinuloy na niya ang pagsubo ng pagkain.
"Besides, I prefer hearing you call my name JT than Mr. Lyons...like last night..." makahulugang dagdag pa ng binata.
Beatrice chocked with what she heard. Before she can even grab her glass, JT is already holding on to one and handing it to her. Agad namang ininom ng dalaga ang tubig.
"Careful Reese...someone could have remembered you or...you might have remembered something about last night..." dagdag p ani JT na ibinitin pa ang huling sinabi as if he is taunting her.
Kitang kita ni JT na namula ang pisngi ni Beatrice sa sinabi niya.
"Don't worry sweetie...I remembered every single part of it." Nang-aasar pang dagdag ni JT na may makahulugang ngiti sa labi.
