Patton struggled at his bindings, and even though he couldn't break metal, he could still try to find a way out. "Let. Me. Go." Patton continued saying as he was dragged to a dark room. The people dragging him there went up in a puff of smoke. As the air cleared Patton noticed the figures in front of him. THEM.

I should have known, Patton cursed himself for falling asleep as he tried to regain focus on breaking free. They were who imprisoned him within his mind. He wasn't just simply thinking about them, he was being forced to dwell on his mistakes with them. Even if he didn't remember the events clearly, he still had to pay for what he had done. He had forgotten who they were.

(I was considering being rude and just ending it there but nah I love you guys here you go have more angst)

Roman (never thought I'd be writing him)
Roman's thoughts were frantic. So that means Thomas is more confused. Which helps absolutely no one. With both Anxiety and Logic fighting, and Morality being gone, Roman was the only one left. Which was not good. I can't believe I'm the voice of reason... Roman thought as he summoned a whistle and immediately shut everyone up with it. "Look, I know Morality is missing guys, but come on, we have to calm down to find him. Stop fighting, it's not going to shove anything. And Thomas, I need your help." Both of the other traits stared shocked, while Thomas, not having many feelings other than anxiety and creativity, seemed relatively calm about a whistle being blown is his face.

"So, this is what is going to happen, and I'm in the lead because you all are to incompetent to lead right now. Anyways, I know where Patton is. He has to be in the shared dreamscape, considering it is the easiest spot to hide someone. We need Thomas to fall asleep, and we all need to go find him. Together. No fighting other than with whoever took our Patton. Got it?"

For once, everyone seemed compliant with his idea. Other than Thomas, of course, who was another topic entirely. Everyone started doing their things, Logan removed his busy thoughts from Thomas to calm him, Virge lowered himself, and Roman had started making a 'portal', more or less, to the dream world.

"Let's do this."
