I thought we drifted apart
When in reality, we never met.
A tear in my eye
I thought that you changed
But, all you were since, is a lie.
A sinking feeling in my tummy
I thought we'd never meet,
But you ignored me, oh! You cheat.
A step to go up
A dagger stuck in my back
No more falling for you, not a single attack.
A lesson to learn, a life to live
A person to love, I have nothing to loose now and nothing to give.
