GO TO HIS GAMES
One of the easiest ways to get your guy notice you is to go to a game for a sport he plays in. If he doesn't play a sport, then an event you know he'll be at.
I used this trick and it works. Also, make sure you walk by the sidelines at some point when he's standing around so he'll catch the notice of you.
