I know this sounds juvenile, but it's actually pretty effective. Leave your crush a note on his desk, in his locker, etc. Writing a note is cute, simple, and it's a little safer for both of you than saying it face to face.
Keep it short sweet and slightly subtle, yet say something just honest enough to where he knows you care...
