Ive.. Gone Galra ~Keith X Reader~ {FLUFF}

Part 1

   In this story, you replace Lance, finding the first lion, Blue. When you, along with Shiro, Keith, Pidge and Hunk, got to the Castle, you found Allura, Coran, and (Altean) Lance in the sleeping chambers.
Soon, team Voltron was assembled once again, with lots of trial and error, but it was trial and error well spent. A sixth lion was found, that you piloted because Blue still trusted Lance most, and you and the purple lion seemed almost made for each other.
It's been... a couple months? (There isn't really time in space but for you and the Paladins it felt like a few earth months) since team Voltron has been re-assembled, and Keith has recently found out he's part Galra.
One day in a battle against the Galra, Galran markings appeared on Keith's face, its been a little while since then but whenever Keith is around other Galra, the markings become more visible. When he isn't around Galra, the marks look like faint lavender scars. Everyone has tried asking Keith about them but he kept saying that they are just scars or some other excuse, never actually seeing them himself and not wanting to be part Galra, nor believe or know he is. But you've seen them before, after all, you were with him when they first appeared.

   You've liked Keith ever since you two were in the Garrison together. On your first day, you met Keith, him being part of your team (along with Pidge and Hunk) and all became good friends, always having each others backs when one was feeling down. You only recently realized your true feelings for Keith when team Voltron was made up, not really saying much about it or showing your feelings. But somehow, the brown haired, blue eyed, Altean boy, could see through you... Lance knew about your little crush and got jealous, him having a crush on you, loving you more than anyone he has ever met before in his life.

   You walked through the hallways of the Castle, bored out of your mind and having no idea what to do. Out of habit, you play with the strings of your hoodie, loosely tying them and then un tying them, tugging on one, then the other, and one, then the other, until their even, and just messing around with them in general. You stretched your arms, reaching for the ceiling. "I wonder how high you'd have to jump to reach the top..." You questioned out loud to yourself, hands now resting behind your head as your eyes floated up to look at the beautiful castle ceiling with your curious (e/c) eyes. You start to wonder how everyone's doing, especially Keith. You haven't seen him for a day or two and you knew lately he has been very sensitive about the topic of him being part Galra, for whatever reason. "Hmm... Maybe... maybe I should go check on him." You ask yourself another question as you walk down the long hallway of the castle, still looking up at the ceiling. "Yeah, I'll go look for him-"

   "Hey, (y/n)." A males voice is heard from down the hallway, smooth and calming. You take your eyes off the ceiling and look down the hall, to see the Altean boy, ocean blue eyes, brown hair, taller than you, and wearing typical Altean clothing, walking toward you. "Oh, hey Lance!" You greet him cheerfully, taking one hand off the back of your head to give a slight wave, happy to see someone around since the castle has been very quiet lately. "What's up?" You ask as you stop infront of him.

   "I wanted to see if you wanted to go on an adventure with me? It's pretty boring here and I thought 'why not have some fun with a cutie like you for today'~" Lance replied with a smirk as he looked down at you with his beautiful ocean blue eyes of his.
You roll your eyes at his attempt to flirt with you yet again "Though that would be fun, I was planning on finding someone." You said, meeting his ocean blue gaze with your (e/c) gaze. Lance raised an eyebrow "Who were you going to check on?" Lanced asked with a curious tone, head cutely tilted like a puppy when he asked.
A small layer of blush made its way onto your cheeks as you thought of Keith. "I-uhh... K-Keith." You stuttered a reply for the Altean boy.
'Oh god, not him...' Lance thought for a moment. "For what reason are you checking on him...?" He questioned you, suspicion and jealousy laced into his tone, and a jealous look on his face to top it off, but you were too busy trying to think up a way to get out of this conversation to notice it.
