I am going to the beach
There's a happy feeling in my soul
I tell my neighbors
Tell my friends
And then the whole world knows
I am going to the beach
Gonna lay my troubles
Down
I'm going to lay them in the water
And I'm gonna let them
Drown

Will they haunt my sleep

Will they plague my dreams
No more, no more
Will I live in defeat
For I am going to the beach
And my troubles
They shall
Drown.
