From now on this will be Aine and Mio's POV. (Narrated by Aine)
It has been half a year since we lost the Diamond Friends Cup to Love Me Tear, who are now planning to go to Malaysia as their first stop for their Asia-wide tour. But then we had a spark for having a new objective: to win the World Aikatsu! Cup coming in three months! Alright. Idols of the world, bring it on!
(Note that, when I watched the episode when they said that, I was watching it in Japanese with Subtitles. There would be episodes in RAW, but without subtitles. I'll do my best to translate the rest.)
The World Aikatsu! Cup is coming soon! This is going to be quite thrilling! The only messages we had received are the ones from our friends and rivals from Honey Cat, Maika-chan and Ema-chan around four to five months ago. What???!!!!!! We're representing Fiji for the cup? Ema-chan's a bit frustrated, though. Well, then. Let's do whatever we can, and meet Maika-chan and Ema-chan along the way!
-Flashback-
We were having lunch after we were done with our concert when I heard Enjouji Tamaki-san through the speaker.
"Yuuki Aine, Minato Mio, Chouno Maika and Hinata Ema, please report to Production Room Number 3 at once. I've got an important announcement for you. I repeat: Yuuki Aine, Minato Mio, Chouno Maika and Hinata Ema, please report to the Production Room now. "
We looked at Maika-chan and Ema-chan to see that they finished their lunch already so in a matter of moments, we headed towards the Production Room.
Before we entered, I asked Ema-chan, "Why did Tamaki-san want to see us?"
She looked at me with a grin and said "Don't worry, we're just about to find out."
So the four of us knocked the door together and Tamaki-san told us to come in. When we entered, we were really surprised that the legendary Friends from Starlight School, Cosmos: Hoshimiya Ichigo-san and Oozora Akari-san, is there! This is the first time we see them!
"Hi, Aine-chan and Mio-chan!" Ichigo-san waved at us.
"Welcome, Maika-chan and Ema-chan!" Akari-san did the same.
We gave each other hugs, which made us happy to realize our goals for the cup! Tamaki-san coughed intentionally to get our attention, she said, "Save your talk for later, right now we have an announcement which we would tell to the school later on."
Akari-san suddenly turned quite serious and looked at Maika-chan and Ema-chan square in the face. Meanwhile, Ichigo-san did the same to us and told us about her journey in America, and it was awesome!
Ichigo-san said, "Aine-chan, seems that you've found your very Best Friend after all, and you too Mio-chan. Thanks for doing your best in every time you've been interested in." We replied, "Anything for a friend!"
Akari-san then said, "Ema-chan, because we believe that you four had grown up as idols,"
"Four?" Ema-chan said.
"She's talking about us with Aine and Mio, Ema." Maika-chan replied.
Ichigo-san continued, "We believed that you should represent Fiji for the World Aikatsu! Cup, an event of which every country is to send an idol to represent their country to see who's the best idol in the world".
"Fiji?" Mio gasped.
"Then who would represent Japan there?" I asked Ichigo-san in shock.
"Glad you asked!" Ichigo-san nodded.
"The representatives for Japan would of course be myself, Hoshimiya-senpai and one more!" Akari-san said.
"Who?" Maika-chan and Ema-chan said.
Akari-san then replied "A young lady who strives to be the first-star idol someday."
"She even made the top class in Four Star Academy!" Ichigo-san said to us.
"Her name is...?" Mio and I said.
"Nijino Yume-chan!" They both said.
We were quite shocked when we heard about Nijino Yume-san, the Flower Song Class S4 representative!
"You mean..." I said.
"The Nijino Yume-san?" Mio and the others said.
"Exactly!" Akari-san answered.
"From the cup, you girls from Honey Cat and..." said Akari-san to Ema-chan and Maika-chan.
"...you girls from Pure Palette would join forces!" said Ichigo-san to us.
"In other words, a 'four of a kind' team will be born!" Akari-san continued.
"'Four...'" said Mio and I.
"'...of a kind?'" said Maika-chan and Ema-chan.
"Wow! The four of us together, sounds awesome!" I gleamed.
"But, are you sure that we can go to Fiji?" Mio sighed.
I continued, "And when will we come back?"
"Don't worry, Aine-chan. Even if we part ways, our hearts are one." said Ichigo-san.
"We won't give up on you!" I said.
"So good luck and have a safe trip!" Akari-san said.
"Yeah!" we four replied.
-End of flashback-
So, now that we're headed for Fiji, this is our last, and yet greatest chance to be the Best Friends! Off we go! TO FIJI!
Meanwhile in Malaysia, our rivals Love Me Tear are beginning their Asia-wide tour. I wonder how would they feel about our trip to Fiji for the cup?
Oh, and by the way: there are some well-known Japanese people residing in Fiji too such as Savusavu resident Zukoshi Tomohito-san, the man who revived Fiji's cocoa industry since the early 20th century. Let's revitalize the music industry of Fiji by adding our own unique twist!
