TWEWY (Joshua x Reader)

Part 4

Looking upon the skies, bored, I awaited for the mission mail to be sent. 

Just three more days.. Three more days I can get out of here.

It had become the forth day of this stupid game. Worse part was that I have to spend my remaining three games with a stupid prissy boy. Joshua was using his phone and browsing through something. 

BUZZ

My phone vibrated in my pocket. I opened my phone and the mission mail was received. The timer was set onto my hand. I decided not to read the mission mail just yet.

"Hey Josh, the mission was sent. You read it yet?" asked looking over Joshua's shoulder curious as to what was Joshua looking at. Although I couldn't exactly see what he was looking at. "Nope," Joshua said continuing to look thought his phone. 

"Ugh, I don't really feel like doing anything today, let's bail out on today's mission," I said. 

"What do you want to do then?" Joshua asked. "I don't know. I just don't feel like doing work right now," I said shrugging. "But is it really okay to just not do it though," I sigh. "Why don't you just let the other players do it the, we can both spend our precious time together~ what do you say?" Joshua said giving that smirk he always does. 

I don't feel like doing work but... I don't want to hang out with a jerk either. But.. 

"Ugh fine.. I guess we can hang out," I said. "It's a date~" Joshua said. 

I'm regretting my desision already.

"You're paying though," I said.

We were at Scramble Crossing. We ended up walking from Scramble crossing all the way to CAT Street. We walked into Wildkat Cafe and we picked a table to sit in. "I'm hungry, any good food reccomendations?" I asked. The cafe owner walked over to us. "What would you like to order?" He asked. "Umm... Joshua what's good here?" I asked. "I usually get their plain donuts," Joshua said. "Okay, I guess I'll get that," I said. "Two sets of plain donuts please," Joshua said raising two of his fingers up. "Alrighty, what would you like as for your drinks?" He asked. "I'd like a cup of coffee," Joshua said. "I'd like a cup of (f/d) please!" I said. "Okay, they will be coming in a few minutes," he said.

"Do you come here often?" I asked. "I guess you can say that," Joshua said scrolling through his phone. I got a curious as to what Joshua was looking at through his phone. In attempt of trying to see, I tried to snatch his phone away but, Joshua dodged quick enough. "Aw deary, are you curious as to what I'm looking at?" Joshua grinned. "Well kind of... so gimme that phone!" I yelled trying to snatch it once more but Joshua dodged once more. I looked at his face noticing that it seemed that he was having fun. I finally got a hold of Joshua's phone and..

"WHAT THE HELL? ARE THESE.... ALL PICTURES OF ME? WAIT WHEN DID YOU TAKE THIS?" I yelled. "Hehe, when I took them will be a secret," Joshua giggled to himself. "I can't believe this...," I said. 

The cafe owner was right in front of our table before we knew it. "Haha! You two seem to be really close," the owner said. "Close? This is brat? No way!" I said shaking my head. "What good friends you two are, anyways here is your order," the cafe owner said. "We aren't good friends..," I said. 

We took our time eating our meals. After some time, we had finished our meals Joshua paid for our meals and we left. Joshua soon after brought me to Lapin Angelique. 

"Why are we here?" I asked. "This is our first date after all, I'll buy you some clothes," Joshua said all smiling. "No thanks, I'm not into wearing goth or frilly clothing," I said waving my hand at Joshua as I walking away. "I'm not letting you leave just yet, (Y/n) now," Joshua said grabbing onto my arm. Joshua dragged me with him inside. "Wow, what two beautiful ladies, please feel free to look around," the shop owner had said. "Excuse me miss, but I am a young man," Joshua said in a sarcastic, sassy tone. The expression on the shop owner's face was priceless. I couldn't help but laugh at the situation. It had been a long time since I had such a loud laughter. "I apologize, young man. I'll be careful next time," the shop owner had said. 

I sat down while Joshua had gone hunting for clothes for me. Joshua came back with a really frilly dress with ruffles placed all over. "Is this even comfortable?" I asked giving the dress an inspection. "No way I'm wearing that," I said. I took some thought as I looked around the shop. "I have an idea!" I said. 

A few minutes later.. 

"HAHAHAHA!!! I can't believe you actually agreed!" I laughed. I had made a deal with Joshua that I would wear whatever Joshua wanted to wear only if I could to do the same. I chose the perfect outfit for Joshua. I can barely hold my laughter. I had chose a really frilly dress with ruffles just like what he had for me previously. There are many (f/c) ribbons on his dress and I even made him wear a bow clip for the fun of it. 

"I'm taking pictures to cememorate this moment," I said. 

Joshua seemed to be having the time of his life taking of pictures of me as well. I heard Joshua say quietly to himself, "I'll make this one my wallpaper~" After some time fooling around, we changed back into our regular clothings. I paid for Joshua's frilly dress and accessories while he paid for mine. 

"Where are we going next?" I asked looking forward to our next destination. "Where would you like to go, dear?" Joshua asked. "I don't know, it was short but maybe we should call it a day, I'm already tired," I said. 

And so we did. Joshua and I decided to laze around until the next day. 

Looking back at our "date," Joshua wasn't that much of an ass today. Well.. not saying he wasn't but he definitely was one but he was being a bit nicer. To be honest, I guess I had a decent time with him.
