Jace: he often wakes up earlier than you. He draws circles on your shoulders or hugs you from behind, kissing your neck, trying to wake you up in a sweet way.
Alec: he wakes up later than you. When you shake him slightly to wake him up, he groans and pulls his pillow over his head so you don't start singing a song to wake him. He normally muttered something like "I don't want to wake up. Leave me aloooonnneee. I can also it breakfast at noon."
Magnus: he wakes up and watches the sunshine on your face. You still have the mechanism to pull the blanket over your head so the sun doesn't burn you. He'll lay his hand in the blanket and lower it so you enjoy the sunshine.
Simon: you wake up together, too often that is. You'll cuddle him and lay your head on his chest, hearing his heart beat. He'll cuddle you from above and kiss your head in a cute way.
Raphael: werewolf. Since he's a vampire, he's always awake when you sleep. You tried sleeping during the day in the vacation but it completely messed with you. Though you often enough lay with each other on the bed etc.
Sebastian: well. You're the first awake, because he is a very deep sleeper. You'll mess with his hair, or silently run your fingers over his shoulders and runes. He would turn around or whisper for you to stop.
