5 Seconds Of Summer Preferences

The boys try to get you together (HIS POV)

Luke: “I’ll be right back,” Calum said. “Where are you going?” I asked. “To get my phone.” Minutes later I hear the door slam, only to find Calum standing a foot away from the foot of the bed with his phone is his hand. “What are you doing?” I asked. “Why are you all of a sudden so inquisitive?” Calum questioned. “Because I want to know!” “I’m texting Y/N,” Calum mumbled. I shot up out of the bed and jumped towards Calum. “No you’re not!” I screamed as he tried to grab the phone from Calum. Calum ran into the bathroom and locked himself in there. HIs text to Y/N read “call me” and that conversation was long and overdue. The good thing that came out of this was that I found out that the feelings I had towards Y/N were mutual and thats always a good thing.

Michael: Calum pushed me towards Y/N and started to talk to her, “hey Y/N.” “Hey Cal, Mike, what’s up?” I looked at Y/N, up and down. She looked gorgeous. Calum elbowed me in the stomach. I looked up, “what was that?” I saw Calum roll his eyes in my peripheral vision. “What’s up?” Y/N asked with a smile. Calum subtly left Y/N and I alone to have a much needed conversation.

Calum: It’s been a couple days since we got back and that stupid crush I have hasn’t gone away yet. I figured that I probably should tell Y/N so she doesn’t go out and find another guy… but then again I don’t want to ruin our friendship. I decided to just go for it. “Y/N, we need to talk,” I said. I notice a worried expression fall on her face once those words left my mouth. “Nothing bad,” I reassured her. “At least I hope not,” I mumbled quietly. “What is it?” she asked. “I… Well… I sort of… ermmm… I guess I l-like you?” I said sounding not too sure. “Are you asking me or telling me?” Y/N asked. That confused me a bit. I justlooked at her and immediately closed my eyes when I felt something on my lips. I hoped that that something was what I thought it was and it turns out I was right. And that made me happy.

Ashton: “Let me see,” Michael screamed as he grabbed the phone from Calum. “Can’t wait to see you and the boys later smiley face,” Michael read the text outloud. “AW,” Luke cooed, “that’s so cute.” “I really like you,” Michael said outloud as he typed that into the phone and pressed send, “SEND.” Ashton jumped off the couch and ran towards Michael. He ripped the phone out of Michael’s hands and saw that the text was already sent and read by you. “I’M GOING TO KILL YOU, YOU ASSHOLE,” Ashton screamed at Michael. Michael ran away and Ashton was about to chase after him until he heard his phone beep, signalling an incoming text message. He stopped running and stood still. A goofy smile formed on his face once he read the text, ‘I like you a lot, too :)’.
