"That's actually not a bad idea. There's more than enough room and you're right, I'm basically at her place every night anyway," I slowly started to nod, "I feel kinda stupid for not thinking of this myself."
"You would've eventually gotten there. I just helped you along. And, I guess congratulations are in order, buddy. I'll buy a typical house-warming gift - a plant," he joked.
"Ha ha, hilarious. It's a pretty delayed house-warming since I've been at my new place for a few weeks," I said.
"Well, you said so yourself: you've mainly been at Char's. When you and her both move in to your place - expect a cactus," he said, attempting to feign a serious facial expression.
