Try it. Any word can do. Eventually, saying that word repetitively would lose its meaning, as if it would become a gibberish meaningless word. This phenomenon is called Semantic Satiation. It happens because our brain gets tired too. Neurons or brains cells are just like our noses, it get exhausted smelling the same stuff, suppressing the smell receptors to send signals to the brain, which results in habituation. Neurons habituate and stop firing to a repetitive pattern of stimulation. When neurons or brain cells fire it takes more energy to fire the second time, most at the third time but at the fourth time it will not respond anymore unless you wait for a few seconds. So if you let your brain rest, the meaning of that repeated word would return.

But do not use the word "Life" because you would not feel the effectiveness of semantic satiation. "Why?", you ask. Because life has no meaning.
