Finally they reached the secured area of the power plant where the uranium material was stored. Looking at the control panel, Xiao instantly recognized it as a vault.

"Open it."

Mark dragged Captain White to the front of the computer terminal. He stood in front of it stunned and slowly stepped back.

"This technology is far too ancient. I can't operate the terminal to access the information."

"Don't know how to open it? You are a cumbersome waste".

Mark swung his fist toward Captain White. Heine sternly shouted his name and Mark's fist abruptly paused in mid air.

"Ah! What to do? I thought you were technical soldiers. Useless. I should have used you to feed the Zombies. Chief! What do we do now? Blow it up?"

"On the other side of this door is the Uranium."

"What about it?" Mark rested his gaze onto Xiao Yan.

"Hey you, rookie! What about you?"

Xiao was slowly keeping gaining distance from Mark. As he retreated, his spine bumped against someone's chest.

The nerves in his body tightened and Xiao slowly turned around to see Heine Burton's exquisite but dangerous countenance. The slight collision made him shakily step away.

"Open the door." The command was short, void of any intonation.

He spoke as if he had believed all along Xiao Yan would be the one to open the door.

Damn it! You say open it, as though I have that ability, Xiao thought to himself. So many senior students in the cabin and I am the one dragged here!

Even though he had a belly full of resentment he dared not reveal a hint of displeasure. His whole self was trembling, but he bit the bullet and carefully focused and examined the terminal.

"This thing is at least 200 years old, should be coded numerically but it needs to be connected to a power source. Do you have a wireless power device?"

"Yes." Mark thew his backpack at Xiao Yan, "it was left behind by those two dead techs, they were torn to the bone, but they left the pack. Everything you need should be in there."

Xiao broke out into a cold sweat, he did not need to know the details of the soldiers' deaths.

Sure enough inside the pack he found the device specially prepared to provide power for the task, as well as wireless connections for the terminals. After surveying the situation he could roughly determine how to access the panel.

In an unexpected show of strength, Mark lifted the entire panel, exposing the old electrical connections. Xiao grabbed the pliers from the pack and went to work connecting the old wires to the external power supply.

"Hey, did you learn this in school?"Captain White was quite curious as to how Xiao had such familiarity with such ancient technology.
