"What the hell do you care?! You shouldn't even exist!" He replies.
Aiko bites her bottom lip. That comment stung, but she knows he is right. She was an abomination to all. Demons, Angels and Humans alike.
She ends up gaining an advance on the Demon General, throwing her own magic spears at him.
"For a former angel who is thousands of years old, you sure do act like a child!" The words were out of the girl's mouth before she could even think.
Lucifer falters for a second before he glares at the rare creature.
"You know nothing!" He then relentlessly attacks her.
His actions are all driven by emotion. Aiko knows because she is just the same. And now, she understands. His reason for doing this. His reason for betraying the Devil who helped him when fell...
Blocking his offense by using her telekinesis magic to rip a road sign from the bridge to use as a shield, she yells back at to him.
"I know what it feels like to be alone!!" And just as she says that, she shots the damaged sign at him. He quickly dodges it and shoots a large blast of energy at her right wing. Crying out in intense pain, she falls back and starts descending to the ground.
THUD!
Aiko lands on the concrete street, back first, and does a few rolls before she stills.
Groaning in pain, the female tries to push herself up, but her arms were too shaky to support her weight. She falls back down on her stomach as her eyes well with tears.
"Shit, that hurt..."
"Chiho, quickly, get them out of there before I lose grip on this bridge!" Maou's deepened speech enters Aiko's ears before hearing a pair of quickened footsteps.
Chiho gently lifts Aiko under her arms and pulls her away from the rubble, bringing her over to a large rock and leaning her up against it.
"U-Um, are you okay?" The high-schooler spoke up. Aiko hesitated in responding but did so in the end.
"I'm fine." She curtly replied in a hoarse voice.
Aiko was finally able to stand up on her own after the initial shock of pain. Her wing twitches from the blast that it took not too long ago. Chiho seems to ogle at the feathers on creature's back, and before Aiko can say anything, a rumble is felt from underneath the two.
"Man that was heavy!" Both girls looked over at the Demon King, noticing he placed all the broken structures down.
"I mean like super heavy! But still, way to go me! Seriously, awesome job there. Good work!" He proclaims to himself.
Aiko can't help but let out a chortle at his self praise.
"Damn you!" Lucifer shouts from above. Aiko looks up at him sadly.
"Whaddaya say we wrap this thing up?" Maou asks to no one in particular, "If we don't get a move on, we are gonna be late for work. Right Chi? Remember, I told you I'd teach you how to fix the ice cream machine today!"
Aiko looks over at the strawberry blonde to notice her blushing intensely.
He cracks a smile before floating into the air and facing the Fallen Angel.

"So uh, it seems a little late for me to asks this, but uh--What exactly are you guys? You know, just outta curiosity. No offense or anything." Chiho asks the four, even though Aiko was a good distance away from the group. Her eyes not leaving Lucifer as he kneels on the ground, defeated.
"I'm all shy now that you come right out and ask me." Maou chuckles. Everyone has lost their true forms and are now human again, including Aiko. Though her face is still concealed.
"But, truth is, back home, I'm a Demon King...You don't believe me do you?!"
"Uh! No, I do, for sure! I saw you do all those incredible things. It was beyond amazing!" She quickly replies.
"Well, you're sweet, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Honestly, I'm more impressed at our anonymous ally over there." He gestures to Aiko, and everyone in turn gazes at her.
"I saw you fight," Emi starts, "It's crazy how you magic and fighting skills almost exactly matched that of Lucifer's. Not to mention your wings, I've never seen anything like them!"
"Nor have I. A creature with dual-colored wings is almost unheard of." Ashiya interjects.
"Who are you exactly?" Emi continues.
Aiko softly replies, in a slightly deeper tone to mask her identity, "Ente Isla is my home, just like you all. And as for what I am...I, I don't even fully know myself." She turns on her heel. But before leaving, she says, "It's best you forget I even exist. For both our sakes."
Quickly leaving the group before anyone can stop her, she weaves her way through back roads and alleys to lose them in case anyone follows her.
As she reaches the end of the magic barrier, she takes off her cloak, folding it up and holding it close to her chest, then walks out, heading home to her apartment.

Aiko shuts and locks the door behind her as she enters her quiet apartment. Hanging her keys onto her key rack the female immediately heads to her bedroom, and throws the cloak on her bed. She walks into her bathroom and stares at herself in the mirror.
She glares at her reflection as she imagines herself into her "demon" form. Her forehead and the skin around her eyes is coated in smooth black scales, similar to how she saw Ashiya's in his own true form. She subconsciously rubs her forearms, where similar ebony scales start at her wrist and slithers up to her elbow.
But what really stands out above all. The thing that made everyone around her glower at her...Her wings.
They were angel wings. But, they were not white.
Well, at least not fully.
Aiko's wing feathers are deeply blackened at the top, and gradually fade down into a pure white.
With a deep sigh and a defeated look, the girl exited the bathroom and re-entered her bedroom. Walking to the edge of her bed, she face-plants onto and lets out a groan.
"Making friends is hard..."
