Bea's POV:

"Thank you for this interview Bea, by the way good game."

The interviewer mused for a handshake that I accepted before waving her goodbye. I put on my earbuds and walked towards the door for the bus. When i felt my gym bag being pulled by someone. Paglingon ko it was Thirdy.

"Ako na."

He said casually and put his hands around my shoulder.

"Wait, bakit ka andito? Yung mga fans mo iniwan mo sa labas?"

"Ok na, napagbigyan ko naman na. Dinner? Sa bahay, andun sila Ate Ly and Ate Ella and also Ate Gretch."

"As much as I wanted, may team meeting pa sa Ateneo plus for sure doon na din mag dinner."

He stopped and looked at me intently for a while.

"C'mon Bei, loosen up. Cheer up na."

"What are you saying? Ok lang ako."

God knows how hard i fought the crack in my voice, but this guy is as sharp as an eagle in reading me.

He just rub the top of my head and continued walking. I would have had love it if he pulled me for a hug, but maybe I should stop this senseless expectations from him. Hindi ko na siya sinabayan at pinanood nalang habang naglalakad.

As we near the bus kinuha ko na ang bag ko.

"Sure ka, ayaw mo sumama? At least kahit once this week makakahinga ka."

I don't know pero bigla akong napalingon sa bus, my team mates are already there, then Jules is there, watching us with a smile in her lips. Binalik ko ang tingin ko kay Thirdy. He was looking pass my shoulder, the kind which I know that he is avoiding something too palpable to be a topic of a conversation.

"I have too many requirements pa, maybe she wanted to go? Ask her."

He looked at me as if he just loss a game. I tap his shoulder and started walking towards the bus.

"Bei"

I stopped and turned around to face him.

"Why do I have this feeling that you are pushing me away? You know exactly how I feel."

"What do you feel? Ano bang nararamdaman mo Thirds?"

He didn't answer and just look at me with pleading eyes, I gave him a small smile before talking again.

"Maybe, I just got tired of reading your feelings Thirds, pagod ako ngayon dahil sa game, pero matagal na akong pagod sayo sa totoo lang. As much I wanted you, naaawa na rin ako sa sarili ko."
