As my grandfather touches my forehead I shudder in fear. I am standing outside the Sanitarium only now it is not a Sanitarium it is a renovated building that looks like a fancy hotel. There are several people going in and out of the building. I am confused by the image because I do not see how it connects to anything. As I ponder this thought I begin to hear my grandfather's voice saying, I told you I had something special just for you.
