Addiction (Taylor Caniff love story)

Chapter Thirteen

It was boiling hot all day, almost unbearable, I could feel myself tanning or maybe even burning.

"Oh my god dude" Taylor said sitting up excitedly, facing Dillon "we should play volleyball?!?" The excitement in Taylor's voice was adorable

"Dude, we totally should, we can get a ball from one of those shacks for like a dollar" Dillon was excited too now

"Let's go man, quick" Taylor jumped up and began running off with Dillon leaving us all confused and laughing at their excitement

"Man, I should've gone with them, I gotta pee so bad" Sammy said looking into the distance at how far they'd gone

"Go in the water" Jack suggested

"Eww no don't, that's gross" my face crumpled in disgust at the thought of other people swimming into his pee "I'll go to the toilets with you" I said standing up and brushing the sand off my bum

"Ah, thanks" he quickly jumped up and stood hunched over with his hands on his crotch as if that would keep him from peeing himself "you two don't mind right?" Sammy asked realising we would be leaving Lily and Jack alone

"Umm" Lily said looking at Jack

"Of course" Jack said lightly laughing

"Cool" Sammy said and we began walking together

Me and Sammy had met a couple times in the past yet we never spoke, we were both fairly confident so I hopped this wouldn't be awkward

"It's weird how many times we've met, yet we don't speak much" I tell him

"You remember meeting me??" Sammy asks

"What, of course, why wouldn't I" I say laughing at him

"Well, we've met like so many times yet Jack or JJ always forget and re-introduce us. I just figured you didn't remember me and didn't want to seem like a loser for remembering so I just kind of went with it" he said with a smile on his face

"I remember you like every time we meet but I'm basically the same not wanting to seem like a loser" we both laughed at how silly we were, inside I was thinking, how could I forget such a good looking face. I mean I would never go there with Sammy of course, I'm in love with Taylor, but he was beautiful.

"So tell me about you Sammy"

"What do you wanna know?" He said laughing, showing his perfect teeth

"The basics, where you're gonna go to college, relationship status, favourite colour...the basics"

"Hmm well defiantly red or green and well I'm gonna go to Chisdale Arts College...JJ might've mentioned it to you?" He was hesitant to mention the last part incase he hadn't mentioned it to me

"Oh...Chisdale...Yeah...he mentioned it"

"You think in' of joining us?" Sammy asked

"Um...not at the moment but it does look...amazing" flashbacks of it coming back to me, what I had viewed on the site

"Never too late to join us" he said as we joined two separate queue's for the toilets "but I'd try and hurry seeing as we only have 5 more weeks left of summer break" he continued

"Yeah...it's just kind of...complicated" I tell him

"Well, I guess in the end you just have to do what benefits you best Grace"

"Yeah...I guess" I wasn't close enough to Sammy to really allow him to indulge into my life problems

"And to answer your earlier question...I'm single" Sammy said entering the men's toilet which was now free leaving me still waiting with a slight smile on my face at what he said. Not that I had any intention to make anything out of him being single but just him talking to me so easily and comfortably with a slight cheekyness to his personality made me generally happy and brought a smile to my face.
