"mike move" ashton said climbing out of the booth they were sitting in and running out of the restaurant michael close behind him

"what the fucks happening ashton?" ashton had quickly explained to michael and calum that luke was having some type of emergency and he had to go check on him. michael decided to join him in hopes that he could help while calum stayed at the restaurant to pay the bill

"i think he's having a panic attack? but i don't know for sure" ashton said as they reached the hotel, it was a quick walk to the restaurant and a even quicker jog.

the two entered the elevator willing it to not have to stop at any other floors since they were on the 15th floor. luckily enough it didn't.

ashton and michael walked into luke and calum's shared hotel rooms and quickly went into the bathroom

"hey luke" ashton said as he squatted next to luke. luke looked up at him through tears, struggling with his own breathing. "okay i need you to listen to me here okay? breathe. pay attention to your breath okay"

luke tuned into ashton's voice, his favorite voice.

"put your hand on my chest and copy my breathing"

luke placed his hand on ashton's chest very slowly, ashton grabbed one of luke's hand and took deep long breaths which luke eventually copied. once he was breathing right, ashton reached over to luke's face and wiped his tears which made lukes heart flutter.

"how are you feeling luke" michael asked once everyone was a little less on edge

"i'm okay. i'm sorry guys"

"you don't need to apologize luke. do you know why you had a panic attack?"

luke stiffened, he knew exactly why he had a panic attack, he wasn't taking in enough nutrients which didn't seem like a huge problem to him but michael and ashton would probably disagree. luke quickly shook his head hoping the boys would believe him

"do you wanna rest? calum should be back soon. he had to pay for the food but he's on his way" michael said looking very concerned for luke's wellbeing. michael had experienced ashton having multiple panic attacks and had been there for him but it was different with luke.

luke nodded walking to his bed, stumbling a few times while ashton and michael shared concerned looks for their friend. they waited for calum to get back before leaving.

"something's up with luke" michael said once him and ashton walked back into their room

"i know. i think he knows exactly why he just had a panic attack he just doesn't want to tell us"

"i got that vibe too. we need to figure out what it is"
