The police van sped across the highway. They were supposed to take their high profile criminal to a secure facility.
It was a rather large van. Almost a mini bus infact. Such was the profile of this man - Mirza. You needed manpower to avoid any risks.
When the call had been made from Shramya's place, these guys had already known that Mirza was in that area. Hence they had routed all calls through them. As soon as they saw the person call police, they redirected the call to themselves and answered. They had to made sure that a lower organization with no manpower did not go to apprehend this man.
It would have been dangerous for everyone involved.
The vehicle suddenly stopped. They had come out of that desolate little place and there was no humanity for miles across now.
Mirza spotted another big van, but without the police look, parked across the road. He smiled.
He got out of the vehicle and crossed the road to get into the other one.
