"Good." I said smirking. I walked close to her.

"Remember he's your patient, romance is later." I whispered.

"Ok." She smiled.

I smiled.

After checking on the other nurses, I walked back to Mark.

"How everything going boss?" Mark asked.

"Good, I gotta keep my eye on Nurse Bre though." I chuckled.

"Why?" He asked.

"The number one thing we have to learn. Not to fall in love with your patients." I chuckled.

He laughed and nodded.

"Ok ready to go again?" I asked.

He nodded. He stood up and started walking back and forth.

Suddenly, I felt the ground move a little.

The room got quiet.

"Did anyone else feel that?" I asked.

There was a loud Bang, making the windows break. All of us nurses fell to the floor, including Mark. My ears were ringing. People were screaming. Then it dawned on me what was happening. We were being attacked.

"You okay?" Mark asked yelling over the screams.

I nodded.

"Stay down." I yelled.

I quickly stood up.

"Nurses! Get the patients on the floor and against the wall. Take the mattresses and shield them with it!" I yelled over the bombs that were being dropped from the sky.

The nurses and I began to put the mattress over the patients.

"Everyone stay under the-" I was cut off, by a bullet hitting me in my shoulder.

I fell to the floor.

"Perrie!" Mark yelled. He quickly crawled over to me. Bullets were flying everywhere. Bombs were shaking the ground. I heard screams from down the hallway.

"Tell everyone to get out of here." I said in pain.

"Everybody! Out of the room! Take the patients to the hallway now!" He yelled over the bombs. Everyone did what they were told.

"Am I hit in my shoulder?" I asked cringing in pain.

"Yeah, your losing a lot of blood." He said panicking.

"Don't p-panic. Grab a sheet and p-put it on my shoulder." I said. The pain was unbearable. He took off the sheet and put it on my shoulder. I flinched.

I heard more bullets going through the air. Mark quickly put a mattress over us. I felt a sharp pain in my lower back. I screamed.

"Mark, I'm going into labor!" I yelled.

"What?! Now?!" He yelled.

"No, this is normal. If a pregnant women I-is hurt, the bodies reacts to saving the baby." I said.

"Don't worry, I'll get you some help." Mark yelled.

The bombs kept going. Bullets kept flying. Screams could still be heard.

I reached for Zayn's dog tag, that was around my neck. I was holding it tight, making sure it was still there. The pain was horrible. I kept screaming from the labor pains. I held marks hand, every time I hand a contraction.

It felt like hours before the bombs stopped. When they finally stopped Mark called out for help.

"Help! Someone please!" He yelled.
