"So what's your name soldier?" I asked. 

"Mark." He answered. 

"What's your name nurse?" He joked. 

I smiled. 

"Perrie." I answered. 

"Got a family, Mark?" I asked bandaging his leg back up. 

"Yeah, back in America. Younger brother, sister, and girlfriend." He smiled. 

"Oh yeah...America? I thought i heard an accent." I smiled standing from the chair. 

"How about you? Your pregnant, so I assume you have a husband." He said.

"I'm not married actually. I have a boyfriend and he's on the front lines in North Korea." I said cleaning up his cuts around his face.

"How old are you and your boyfriend?" He asked.

"I'm 19 and he's 20." I answered. 

"Your so young and your pregnant!" He said surprised.

"Yeah... Uhm...it was kind of an accident." I said. 

"Oh..." He nodded.

"Yeah..." I chuckled.

I put all the bandages away back in the cabinet.

"Are you hungry?" I asked. 

He nodded.

"I'll get you something to eat." I Said walking out to the cafeteria. 

I came back a few minutes later with food in hand. I handed food out to the other patients. 

"Breakfast is served." I said giving him his tray. 

"Thanks Perrie." He said. 

"No problem." I smiled. 

"If you need anything press this button and ill come." I said pointing to the red button. 

"Ok thanks." He smiled. 

"See you in a few hours." I said walking out. 

After my day was over I headed off to my dorm.

*Few Weeks Later* 

It was finally the nurses weekend out. We all hit the city. We tried our best to ignore the fact that everywhere we looked military soldiers were there. We all went to see a movie. After that we went to a restaurant. 

"So ladies what can I get you to drink?" The waitress asked. 

"I think we all want ice tea." I said. 

The girls nodded. 

"Ok 5 ice teas." The lady smiled. 

"So Perrie..." Eleanor said. 

"Are you gonna find out the sex of the baby?" She asked. 

"Uhm... No probably not." I said straightening my fork and knife on the napkin.

"Why not?" Sky asked. 

"I dont know." I shrugged. 

"There has to be a reason." Danielle said. 

I shrugged again. 

"I just think it should be a surprise. You know..." I said. 

They nodded. 

"I'm kind of scared." I said. 

"Why's that?" Ness asked. 

The lady came back with our teas. We ordered our food.
