Flowey: You're new to the UNDERGROUND aren'tcha?
Flowey: Golly, you must be so confused. Someone ought to teach you how things work around here! I guess little old me will have to do.
Flowey: Ready? here we go!
[Player enters a battle]
Flowey: See that heart? That is your SOUL, the very culmination of your being!
Flowey: Your SOUL starts off weak, but can grow strong if you gain a lot of LV. What's LV stands for? Why LOVE of course! You want some LOVE don't you? Don't worry, I'll share some with you!
Flowey: Down here, LOVE is shared through...
Flowey: Little white, "Friendliness pellets".
Flowey: Are you ready? Move around! Get as many as you can!
TWO CHOICES ARE POSSIBLE
[The player touches the pellets.]
Flowey[Shaking text]You idiot. In this world, it's kill or BE killed. Why would ANYONE pass up an opportunity like this?
[Flowey circles the player with the bullets.]
Flowey: DIE.
SECOND CHOICE
[The player misses the pellets.]
Flowey: Hey buddy, you missed them. Let's try again, okay?
[The player still misses the pellets.]
Flowey: Is this a joke? Are you braindead? RUN. INTO. THE. BULLETS!!!!
[Flowey changes the "bullets" to "Friendliness pellets"]
Flowey [Shaking text] You know what's going on here, don't you? You just wanted to see me suffer.
[Flowey circles the player with the bullets.]
Flowey: DIE.
[The bullets dissapears and Flowey is hit by a fire ball.]
[Toriel appears.]
Toriel: What a terrible creature, torturing such a poor, innocent youth... Ah, do not be afraid, my child. I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS. I pass throught this place everyday to see if anyone has fallen down.
Toriel:You are the first human to come here in a long time. Come! I will guide you throught the catacombs.
[Exit fight mode]
Toriel: This way.
[The player follows Toriel to the first checkpoint.]
*(The shadow of the RUINS looms above, filling you with determination.)
