The Devils Spawn Part 4.

I can honestly say that I feel like a completely different person around him, it's like he has this spell over me putting me in a trance when I'm around him. I wish I could make him mine and rule the underworld like my master is with his partner but I know that Daniel wouldn't give his life to me just to keep living in the underworld with me.

So far for the duration of my mission I've kept my master in the loop. He is very proud of me but he wants me to make sure Daniel doesn't do anything stupid but I have a serious feeling that he won't do anything since the day I told him I would protect him and nothing bad would happen to him again. I feel like that because I can see how happy he is that someone cares about him, he is slowly starting to come around to trusting me and I can hear his heart race every time I stand up for him in school and the little blush that might as well be permanent at this stage. I highly doubt he would try anything now if he wants to hang out with me or doesn't pull away from me when I put my arm around him or I tease him about his constant blushing.

I think he has a crush on me but I don't really know what the signs are, I didn't have a girlfriend when I was human so I didn't know what it was like to know if someone liked you, I just don't want to ask him if he does and scare him off.

It's a Friday and the school day is slowly dragging in, we are sat in the schools stands at the back of the school. We are sat in complete silence watching the football team training and the cheerleaders stood on the side line trying to catch the guys attention which isnt working and only causes the girls to try harder. I chuckle as the cheerleaders jump around in the skimpy blue cheerleading skirts with tiny white shorts under it which hardly covering anything and the skimpy blue tops which don't hold anything in. The outfits are glued to their bodies which make my stomach turn but obviously some people find it attractive. I watch them kick their legs into the air flashing the small white shorts making me close my eyes in disgust. I hear Daniel laughing next to me causing me to look at him with my eyebrows knotted together.

"What are you laughing at?" I ask, a smile creeping onto my face hearing him laughing.

"You seem very interested in those girls" he points to the cheerleaders.

I shake my head quickly, "oh god no, they are making me feel sick in those tiny outfits trying to catch the footballers attention" I fake gag causing him to burst out laughing, catching a few of the girls attention, I see them watching us before they turn back to their 'cheerleading'.

"Really? That's a surprise I mean most of the guys drool over those girls in class or walking down the hallway, and trust me those girls get what they want" his little body shudders in disgust.

"Well I'm not like other guys, I'm different, but that Daniel is for another day" I pat his knee gently.

He lightly and turns his attention back to his mobile phone. I watch him smiling as he flicks through all the photos on his phone and I hear my master's voice entering my head.

"Anthony you're doing an amazing job but I want you to send back one guy for now that deserves to be punished" he commands.

"Of course master, I've got everything I need with me to send them to you" I reply "it won't be long master".

I can see him nod his head, "good now Daniel is talking to you don't be rude" he chuckles before fading from my thoughts and I realize he is right Daniel is talking to me.

"Tony, hey Tony are you listening to me?" I feel his tiny hands wrap around my right bicep and pull on my arm a little trying to get my attention back.

I look at him "yeah I'm listening sorry" I weakly smile at him.

He nods his head holding my arm in his hands looking up at me through his eyelashes which just make him look even more adorable.

"So as I was saying, I was wondering if you wanted to stay in my house over the weekend, my parents don't mind" he smiles, the famous pink blush rising to his cheeks again.

"Really? You don't mind if I stay over?" I pause "I'd love to stay over it would be great fun" I lightly chuckle.

"Great! Then it's a date" he smiles but then it suddenly drops, "not a date, I mean a sleepover, I'm sorry I know you're not gay it just slipped" he looks down.

"It's ok I understand what you meant don't worry about it" I smile putting my arm around him as we get up and start to walk back to his house for the weekend.
